My question : why is this even a story ? Was publication intended to smear the judge ? If so, why ?
If the judge's hubby is gay, that's pretty much a matter for him and the judge to work out.Any criminal charges are apt to be "disorderly conduct" level, and hubby-having taken his chances-should pay his fine, etc. without reference to his wife's occupation.

I have to wonder if the judge knows of and/or condones her husband's antics.a cynical person would think this was probably a "show" marriage with the judge off in a leather dyke bar somewhere with hillary and janet while hubby was out playing with the boys. of course, I wouldn't make an accusation like that without proof.

Mrs. SubMareener says she likes the way you think!
Whom ever orchestrated it, the objective of discrediting the American justice system is clear! Time will tell!
However, the Judge should stay away from light airplanes!

He, on the other hand, is an idiot for carrying on so in a public place. I'm not picking on you,but this is the part that everybody on this thread is ranting and raving about, and I just don't get it. Yeah,it is TECHNICALLY a "public place",but no innocent person is going to go in there by accident. Have ANY of you gone into a porn store by accident? People walking by outside can't see what's going on,and the people who go in there on purpose who know it is a homosexual hangout obviously don't care. It's hard to believe the police in that town don't have anything more important to do with 4 undercover police officers than bust a place like this. Must be a real low-crime area.

I'm sure she was properly vetted before being sent up. I'm going out on a limb here but I'll bet her congresscritter is Bwahney Frank.I know her both personally and professionally, and she's a great person -- really. Apparently her husband had some self-hating need to undermine her (i.e., jealous of her success)-- that's the only way I can understand this.

You have a point, it's not like it was in a bathroom at the mall, then again, it wasn't a hotel room either. Location, location, location.
When I was stationed on the Nimitz, 7-8 homosexuals were caught going at it inside a engineering space that housed banks of circuit breakers, known as a "load center.".
The roving watch had the misfortune of stumbling across this scene. He exited the space, locking them in, and called for the master at arms.

There the police said they observed the seven men exposing themselves, and fondling each other and themselves. Tamburini said that activity, done in a public place, constitutes disorderly conduct.
Not interested in defending this behaviour. But, I do disagree that this is a public place. A business is privately owned. Just see who pays the property taxes to the government. Hold on, paying to use property is renting. So I guess there is not private property in America. Still, I'd rather have these sickos doing this in an adult video store than a city park. By busting up such places we might actually drive it out into the open. Remember unintended consequences work for all government laws, not just he Dimocrat welfare laws. Yuck!

The smear campaign begins. Reid's family must be big DNC supporters. Gimme a break, what, do you think the DNC arranged this little party as a set up?
I thought people were supposed to be responsible for their own behavior.

I have to agree it was a biohazard, poor guy who has to clean the mess up. Maybe ship them to Guantamo to provide the prisoners some enertainment?

Your #49.
It concerns me that too many folks will read your remarks and, with that 1000 yard stare, will nod approvingly!

But, continue with your thought. Drive it out into the open. That may be a good thing. Then people must choose. Then people will have to actually do something about it, confront it, stand up and act. We fail to act, the enemy gains.

Mrs. SubMareener says she likes the way you think! Thanks. There is another possibility, too, which may fit Occam's Razor:
I don't know anything about the divorce laws of that state, but if I were a judge saddled with a loser like that, I just might leak the story myself to minimize any possibility of him getting much of a settlement when I divorced him and to ruin his practice :)
