I was sitting here half listening and heard them both "get into it!" I thought he was a congressman. I saw his name on the screen with a "D" (democrat) after it and assumed that. Could be mistaken but enjoyed O'Reilly in his face telling him he is a politician and the overtones were that politicians don't act like him!
To: JohnPaulJones
The guy was vicious, but a moron. O'Reilly's point is that separatism is destructive for blacks because it isolates them from the mainstream of America. He should have hammered this point home, but instead he lost his temper and went all over the place from Hitler to the Civil War to Malcolm X.
To: JohnPaulJones
O'Reilly didn't do a stellar job debating that lowlife. He should have gone farther into how Washington and Jefferson and the founding fathers grant councilman the rights and liberties that he enjoys as a United States citizen. He mentioned it but not enough. Also, he should have asked him how that guy would be living without the founding fathers.
Thats what happens when you put a moderate in to do a conservative's job, to embarrass that racist. I think Hannity would have done a better job and that's why Rush's and Sean's show will be better than O'Reilly's.

MAke sure you know his name... Charles Barson I think. I could only watch a few mins. off and on. I could not take too much of the insanity he spewed. Did he really compare George Washington to Hitler? Did I really hear that? Man I would hate to be a black american with a guy like that around. What an embarasment to the black community.
To: JohnPaulJones
Hi folks, Saw it, shouted at it, kicked the TV, and called the guy several nasty things. What a freak these idiots are.

This is one of the things that really p#@&&s me off about O'Reilly. Why does he give this guy a platform? Does O'Reilly think this is cutting edge? Does he think this is "fair and balanced?" Maybe this sort of "guest" gives O'Reilly a chance to rant? Another night of FOX with NO OREILLY!!

I saw it all. I can't tell you his name, but that was the most enlightening display of
racism I have
ever seen in my 67 years!
To allow people with that attitude to foment hatred as much as that man did is a crime against all Americans!

O'Reilly does a great service by exposing an elected black official who harbors deep hatred of America and of the white race. It is people like this that the democrats depend upon to be electorally competitive - they need essentially all the black vote, and they get it by stirring up racial hate and paranoia.
To: JohnPaulJones
I don't know what all the hub-bub is really about and O'Reilly missed the main point: left to their own devices blacks produce nothing.

I saw it and I am absolutely FURIOUS. This guy had the nerve to compare GW to Hitler, and then excuse Malcom X's stance on race! No wonder racism still exists- this guy's us vs. them attitude is so obvious. And he thinks he's going to CHANGE history by telling the truth about 'white' heroes??? PUH LEEZE. GRRRRRR! I am pissed.

I saw it! What a frightening man. Yikes. But Bill is wrong when he uses the "this will isolate black children from the mainstream" argument. Much of the mainstream is to be politically correct, and you can go far jumping aboard the gravy train known as Diversity Express. Witness Cornel West and the incident at Harvard. Sheesh ... it's not like Africa is full of heroes. Bill could have pointed out all the human rights atrocities currently going on in Zimbabwe and South Africa and the Sudan. Why aren't black "leaders" worked up into a lather over that???

My favorite part was when the councilman said the Civil War wasn't fought over slavery. He said is was the "industrial North versus the agriculture South". To me that means the Civil War was fought over states rights (tariffs). So does the councilman believe the Confederate Flag stands for States Rights or slavery? O'Reilly missed his chance for a great question.

I think the following story is about him..........

p class="storytext">BR... N.Y. The new Brooklyn borough president says "diversity" is making him take down a portrait of "old white man" George Washington that's hung in the office for years. Brooklyn Beep Marty Markowitz said he will probably hang a portrait of a black person or a woman in his office in place of the country's first president, while moving the Father of Our Country elsewhere in Borough Hall. "I respect history . . . but there has to be a recognition that this is 2002," Markowitz said. "There's not one picture of a person of color, not one kid, not ...

It was an emotional exchange. Oreilly did not deal with the tense issue. Many of these people are claiming they are effected by George Washungton having slaves. This is the weakness of their argumnent; failing to deal in the presnet tense.

I emailed O'Reilly and basicaly told him he missed a golden opportunity. After all the racist BS that Barron was dishing out, O'Reilly should have finished him off with one question....."Where do you stand on the Ground Zero Firefighter's Statue issue?"
To: JohnPaulJones
No Kidding! That guy was so outrageous I got his name and website and sent him an email!

I saw it. That guy was a raving racist who compared G. Washington and T. Jefferson to Hitler. He said the Declaration of Independence was written by white slave owners so it didn't apply to blacks. He also said that African blacks being involved in the slave trade was a myth. A total black supremist.

The sad part about this is that is what this country is coming to. This racist wants to get rid of Washington and Jefferson and honor the likes of Mohammed Allah , Rev. Martin Luther King or Rev. Jesse Jackson. Well here goes like it or not. Rev.Martin Luther King was a plagiarizer, plain proven and simple.Even Ralph D. Abernathy admits to this. Abernethey was with King when he got shot. Also Abernethey was with King the night before he was shot and says King was with two whores the night before drinking and talking about he was F------ for the Lord this night.King was also a heavy drinker to which Abernathey addresses. This is all addressed in a book titled "And The Walls Came Tumbling Down".By Ralph D. Abernethey-It is hard to find because they have taken most of them off the market but can be found at most State University libraries if called for specifically. Also this same book tells of Rev. Jackson telling the press how King died in his arms which was also a lie according to Abernethey who was in the room behind King when he was shot.Rev>J.played it to the hilt on National TV but you heard nothing about the lie.And now for Cassius Clay here is a man who refused to serve his country because he was a conscientious objector, who objected to violence but made a living by trying to knock other peoples heads off in a ring.Yes folks this is what America honors today and this race of people dare talk about doing away with white statesman. We are there and if we do not prepare to defend ourselves we will be run out of this coutry just like this chocolate covered raisin advocates. This sounds hateful and it is, maybe God will forgive me if I am wrong but I am tired of being pushed around. My life is almost over but I be damned if I want my kids and grandkids to go through this shit!

My email to O'Reilly:
After witnessing Mr. Barron's divisive remarks about 'the old white guy', it is easy to see why racism still exists in America. His comment that the Declaration of Independence does not apply to blacks is one of the most completely outrageous fallacies I've ever heard. You should have been much harder on him, Bill.

I almost kicked the damn TV in. But I was happy that O'reilly finally went after one of these sons of bitches. One thing O'Reilly didn't say is the real reason why Political Correctness is rampant in America. It is because the Communists are running the Asylum at the moment. It is part of the Marxist Doctrine. Read about it. I am reading a great book about all this Communist Crap now. It is called, "America's Thirty Years War". My Freeper friends, we have been infiltrated deep in this country with Communist Doctrine we have to reveal these leftist at every turn.
