Two years ago, our scumbag RINO governor gave that SOB over $1 BILLION dollars in "humanitarian" aid (thanks to Illinois taxpayers footing the bill), despite the fact Illinois was facing a million dollar shortfall.

Even with a looming emergency budget-cut session, our RINO governor STILL plans to make a return trip to visit his "buddy" Castro. RINOs Arlen Specter and Lincoln Chafee even plan to follow suit. THANK GOD our gov. is "retiring" after his sole term. The damage he has heaped on America might be irreverseble.
