Senator Daschle released a statement too......he is sooo DISAPPOINTED and will begin hearings immediately. After all, some residents in the area are republicans and they may have had something to do with the dog's demise.

He was hit by a Chevy but they pulled a Ford Fender out of his head.

Police said it was unclear whether Buddy was being walked at the time of the accident or had escaped from the Clinton home. He "just darted out in front of a car," said Officer Larry Green. Another mystery surrounds the death of someone/thing around the Clintoon's. "I guess we'll never know".
