SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) -- Anna Nicole Smith's late oil tycoon husband spent well outside his personal means to give the former Playboy playmate expensive gifts, his son testified Friday.
Pierce Marshall, 63, said his father was unable to pay for $1 million worth of Harry Winston jewels and tried unsuccessfully to pay for it with a business loan.

Some would define heaven as a place where numbers of such well fed women reside ;-)
If she gave her ALL for him every minute of every day for 4 long years while the kids only cared about his money, THAT sure means alot.

Today Anna came in and flopped her big b**bs down right across my face. Damn near smothered me. If I hadn't have hit my panic button for my nurse I mighta actually died. Good luck and Providence have convened in my favor.
Actually She left him on their wedding night for a business trip. I doubt if they ever slept together. She is the type who gives bimbos a bad name.
As I understand it, the estate was worth billions. The fact that Anna would get a piddly $400 million out of it makes the kid look petty. Hell, give me one million and I'd be set for life.
Anna Nicole Smith saw the man for three years. He didn't just meet her and marry her a week later. He knew what he was doing and did it. A year later he died. The kid may not like it, but maritial laws being what they are, Smith deserved part of his estate.
Was she a gold digger? What if she was? If she fulfilled her part of the agreement with her husband, then she qualifies as a good wife.
Fact is, she may have slept with guards or household staff. How do we know that wasn't part of the agreement with the older man who may have felt inadequate to fulfill her needs. As long as she survived the man and he didn't complain, the son is a peckerhead for trying to stiff her. End of story!
This probate crap in the us has got to go... it is NOTHING but another vehicle to redistribute wealth to folks for whom it was NOT intended. The kid can say or is saying... "hey my old man was absolutely crazy!!" Yup crazy alright, for that body, the sexual fulfillment and companionship of what was to him a voluptuous, big "o" wife, big hair, large ahem features, short skirts and all...
And of course the government gets paid for adjudication on this stuff, attorneys, officers of the court, court costs, and a percentage if the thing goes his way.
Fact is, women whether in marriage or on the street corner, often are paid for their sexual companionship. That is what marriage boils down to in point of fact. Sexual favors between male and female that produce mutual pleasure and soemtimes kids during the female's fertile stage.
This is just the guy's loser kid from a loser marriage... and the kid deserves NOTHING... just like the ex.
He's just jealous that he couldn't "stiff" her.;-)
