To Brian L. Buckley, Winston & Strawn and to whomever else it may concern:I, James C. Robinson, also known on this board and elsewhere as Jim Robinson or JimRob, hereby extend and offer my sincerest apology to our attorney, Brian L. Buckley, also known to this board as Clarity, for any and all statements that I may have made to any employee of the law firm of Winston & Strawn and or to anyone else that may have been construed or seen as defamatory, slanderous or libelous. It was never my intent to defame, slander, libel, belittle, damage or otherwise harm Brian in any way. Specifically, I retract anything I may have said that inferred that I did not authorize Brian to bring suit against Aldridge (aka, eschoir) or that he kept me in the dark regarding the W&S billings. It is obvious to all involved that I did authorize such suit and was personally involved throughout its course.
If is unfortunate that we became involved in a dispute over the Winston & Strawn bill and I would do anything if I could roll that back, but, obviously, that is impossible. I feel that my decision to go forward with the Aldridge lawsuit was a mistake, but I made the final decision myself and I am the one that must accept the consequences. Brian is not at fault for the decision nor is he at fault in my dispute with Winston & Strawn regarding the billing. The final bill was several times the amount I was expecting the suit to cost and so I argued forcefully that it should be reduced, but W&S refused to budge. In the end, I agreed to pay the full amount on a monthly payment plan. Hopefully, this dispute is now fully and completely resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties involved.
I am and will always remain extremely grateful for all of Brian's efforts expended on my behalf and on the behalf of Free Republic and our causes. Brian sacrificed three years of his life and many thousands of dollars of his own money and thousands of hours of his time for Free Republic. I loved Brian then for his efforts, and despite our current difficulties, I still do.
Brian, if you can, please accept my sincere apologies. I humbly apologize to you for any grief I may have caused. I wish you nothing but the very best.
Regards,
Jim Robinson

The ACLU has done a fair job of confusing the American public that America needs a lawyer at every action item in each of their lives; they have brought about more government as a result. The ACLU is nothing more than an offset of the fabian socialists, IMO.
And Clarity, here, believes in them.
BTW. Both Clarity and Jim Roberson have both proven themselves to be high character people in my respects. (I don't care about all yalls perspectives, this is my post thank you). I liked them both and both their characters seem true to themselves. They are who they are, both gentlemen IMHO. I wish them luck in all future works, be it together or not. Low Oil

..."changes [the spelling of his name] so often that it does not matter"
..."is in cohorts with Bin Ladin it seems"
...is one of a "wicked group of misfits"
...has a "suit filed against [him]"
...is "a stalker/crooked man."
...is described in the "suit" as a "a man possessed of the devil."
Yikes! Why is this man still walking the streets? Why, General Ashcroft ought to have him brought before a secret military tribunal ASAP and quietly dispatched.
Thank goodness Jim Rob banned this evil creep "Areator", whoever he is. This unholy demoniac is unfit to enter into polite society.
By the way, I'm curious. What's this hell-spawn being sued for and by whom? Whatever it is by whoever it is, I sure hope they win. LOL!

I can't speak for Jim Robinson or Clarity, but I'm guessing that both of them are very gratified to have their good character affirmed by one such as yourself, for if they were also hell-spawn like that evil creep "Areator", you'd know it. Thank goodness they aren't. After all, one evil hell-spawn among us is one too many.
So, keep on the lookout for 'em and warn us next time you see this devil incarnate "Areator" about. I'd like to give that malignancy a holy demonstation of the power of righteous goodness and defeat his evil-doing utterly. I'm sure we all would. LOL.
You forgot to add that "that Arator" is a real man of hiw word, too.
....Laz.........Mercutio...
Have a very Merry Christmas, friend.
Awww.. You're a cutey-o too....
