Perhaps someone should remind the priestess that sodomy is a felony in Virginia?
And would the last real Christian leaving the Episcopal Church please turn out the lights? The new occupants prefer the darkness anyway.

One of the many reasons I withdrew my membership in the Episcopal Church. What began as "tolerance" for homosexuals has turned into promotion of the behavior, which is in direct opposition to the scriptures they are suppose to be teaching.
Nowhere in the Bible have I ever read a positive spin on homosexuality. Nowhere in the Bible have I found any promotion of being gay. Jesus Christ instructed us to have pitty. Many people interpret that to mean that we should "love the sinner, not the sin". That's all well and good, but what part of that statement says to promote the activity?

Capitall [offences] lyable to death.
Treason or rebellion against the [person] of the King State or [Common] wealth either of England or these Colonies.
Willfull Murder.
Solemn Compaction or conversing wth the divell by way of witchcraft [conjuracion] or the like.
Willfull [and] purposed burning of ships howses.
Sodomy, rapes, buggery.
Adultery to be punished.

Adoption and family in the name of a personal skin color preference or sex preference has never been legaly recognized and I hope we are going to backtrack on that facist tendency.

Giving children to homosexuals is child abuse. (cut from another post, but I agree completely.) Why should we allow perverted people to raise chilren?
We need to raise children is a "normal" "healthy" home. Two parents, one male, one female, God loving home!

An Episcopal priest asked an Arlington court yesterday to force Virginia to allow her to adopt a foster child from the District, contending that the state is stalling on her application because she is a lesbian. Right. Move on - she's a lesbian, Episcopal "priest" who preaches "part-time". She is a no-time, never-time priest. She's a fraud.

BARF! This is where I draw the line with gay activism. There are thousands of two parent heterosexual families waiting to adopt. The adoptive child has a tough enough road without being subjected to a distorted veiw on how life is supposed to be. An honest study of children being raised by a gay(s) individual will reveal a much higher propensity towards that lifestyle.

Well, I dunno about this one...if the priestess is a "butch", and her partner is a "femme," the kid would effectively have a "father" and "mother." );-)
