Some personal notes this morning.
Yesterday was spent decorating the cottage for the season. The railings of the stairway in the foyer leading to the second floor has been covered in an appropriate way with greenery. Today we will address the tree. If Mrs. Chairman doesn't mind, I'll see if I can get a picture together after it is all done to share.
In the news:
The big news of the last 24 hours was a suicide bomber who lit off his device in an Israeli shopping mall - killing 10 and wounding at least 150.
The United States and anti-Taliban Pashtuns are said to be planning the final assault on Kandahar.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

...Admittedly, I'm not a big football fan, but having been born & lived in Tennessee for a good bit of my life......and now living in Florida for 27 years...(actually living in Florida longer than Tennessee by now).....I felt loyalties to both teams.
But those Volunteers sure knew their stuff!!!..........YAY TEAM!

Foggy this morning here in Wisconsin, but God has given has another day of sweet life!
Just received my copy of Barbara Olson's, The Final Days. Fascinating read. If you didn't like the Clintons before, this sure won't help matters any. I just wish that the publishers would have put Barbara on the front, rather than those two pathetic, self absorbing, souless people. I can't imagine living the way they do.
Babies, are still asleep. Guess we'll be going to the later Mass.
