Do you have to work at being a moron, or are you gifted?
Refuting anything the poster you replied to was obviously above your shoe-size IQ, so you resort to personal attack.
Imbecilic.
Let's see you justify the BATF firing many rounds on a building that contained children.
sinkspur thinks he is an expert on many subjects and posts so on numerous occasions ---by analogy, is sinkspur also looney ?
What illegal means were used by the Davidians ?
More propaganda from the left wing.
80 people died because Vernon Howell, with the cooperation of the BATF, wanted it. Howell's self-glorification envisioned an immolation of himself and his followers.
If Howell had been any kind of human being, he would have surrendered, and saved the lives of his followers.
Vernon Howell and the BATF are the guilty parties. You can stomp your feet all you want, but nobody else cares.
So, this isn't a personal attack ?
gatex thinks he is an expert on sinkspur's motivation (that he is an expert) and posts so on numerous occasions-- does this mean that gatex is a sinkspur groupie?
Could be.
More evidence that sinkspur is a looney.
He says Koresh was a looney for saying he was Christ, then sinkspur sys he has groupies---
QED.
Yes.

And the FBI.

A more careful examination of the evidence would reveal that it was Johnston himself who authorized the lightning raid that resulted in the deaths of the ATF agents. The responsibility for the deaths was laid at the feet of the ATF raiders themselves during the 1995 Congressional investigation.
Not mentioned in this article was that neither the ATF or the FBI produced a single shread of evidence either before or after the raid to support the claims made to obtain the original search and seizure warrant. There was no illegal meth lab on the premises. In fact, the congressional investigation shows that the ATF "lied" to the US Army in order to gain their cooperation. Nor were the Davidians illegally manufacturing what the ATF termed to be "Sten" or "grease guns". Neither agency has produced a single example of an "machine gun" illegally manufactured at Mt. Carmel either before or during the 51 day siege.
Sure, the feds made a big show during the congressional investigation, but when it came time to have Failure Analysis, Inc. examine the supposed machine guns to determine if they'd been modified prior to the time of the fire, the FBI slithered under their rocks and failed to supply examples of their "evidence" to support their claims.
FBI Forward Looking Infra-Red (FLIR) footage also provides documentary evidence that government forces were spraying the building with automatic weapon fire as the structure became engulfed in flames. Although the Bureau have repeatedly denied that its agents fired so much as a single shot during the stand off and its culmination, several examinations of the contested tape by no less than a half-dozen highly-credible experts dispute this contention.
Unfortunately too much importance has been placed on the FLIR evidence. Not surprisingly, when the physical evidence is examined, the claims made by McNulty & Co. in his videos evaporate. The words, "spraying the building with automatic weapon fire" implies that bullets were flying everywhere into the building. Yet, a careful examination of the video footage of the concrete building still standing after the fire shows that not a single bullet struck it.
By arguing the FLIR "evidence", the real physical evidence of the government's crimes that is the condition of the bodies is convienently ignored. (Waco: A New Revelation)

As I recall, most of this was revealed in Congressional testimony, under oath.
You forgot to mention the testimony of a blind man who claims that he received extensive weapons training while at Mt. Carmel and that he also saw a 14-year-old girl leaving Koresh's bedroom.
This was the evidence that CAN provided to the ATF, that the ATF provided to Johnston, that the FBI fed to the media and that the media fed to you.
And you swallowed it all. Hook, line and sinkspur.(CAN Members in the Media)
