Just to add fuel to the fire; to my personal knowledge the INS has been responsible for the all but free transit of illegal aliens from the Peoples Republic of China and other nations thru the U.S. Virgin Islands for the past four years. There has been no effective interdiction effort by the people placed in charge by the Clinton Administration, namely an officer of the Justice Department, INS, Ron Parra. The fact that the illegals will usually vote democratic is part of the reason the INS was told to basically stand down during the Clinton administration. Gore was in charge of making sure the INS rushed through visas and and legalization procedures without proper security checks.
