I agree with you 100%. Please have this thread deleted. A waste of ban space and the time to read it.

This article is really pi$$ing me off. I am scared enough without someone making up this B.S. I hope the F.B.I. lands on his doorstep and grills him. I hope it is B.S. but the terrifying thing is..all of this could happen

Hiya, Ironword! Do you REALLY think that a tape we've supposedly had for this long with these types of revelations hasn't been seen/heard/translation read by the President if it's true? This is a hoax, IMHO.
Good to see you!

Yeah, so let's all be little kids afraid of the bogeyman.
What we really should be scared of is the prospect of Hillary in 2004 (Now that's SCARY).

"I'm just exercising a little healthy skepticism here"
you're obviously part of the plot.... *grin*
To: Clinton's a liar
Maybe it is a hoax, Cal, but I'm then amazed that Cryptome linked to it. Ah well, surely some lurking spooks have seen it by now, and called this Boucher fellow.

It's meant to be obviously a spurious document. But it does mean to point out what our weaknesses are.
To: Clinton's a liar
It just sounds like something someone would write to get "the troops" fired up. Typical propaganda.

I really can't concentrate on this until I find out for sure whatever happened to the Martian invasion force that landed in New Jersey. You know, the one Orson Wells described.

You stated: "I've been saying that Anthrax spores could easily be released from a tall building."
Yes , you could but by the time the spores floated on the wind they would be diluted massively - diluted too much to infect many on the ground.
no this is very likely disinformation...but it brings up several good points.

The Martians had all the garbage contracts in Jersey until the Mafia froze them out.

Here are the editors' of World Future Society top 10 forecasts from Outlook 2002:
1. Future farmers could make more money from the air than the land.
2. Automated translation systems may one day allow people to communicate freely with others speaking different languages.(I think my little Sister first predicted this back in 1998)
3. Natural disasters could become more disastrous as the world's wetlands dry up.
4. Schools may solve behavior problems with better nutrition.
5. Get ready for 1 billion elderly people (age 60 and older) by 2020.
6. Vaccinations will be easier to swallow, as researchers find ways to genetically modify foods such as lettuce and rice with viral proteins to fight diseases.
7. Water shortages will become more frequent and more severe over the next two decades.
8. Time-pressed workers will increasingly seek "power leisure"pursuits packed with intensive experiences that don't take up a lot of time.
9. Goodbye textbooks, hello networked learning: Printed and bound textbooks will disappear as interactive coursework is developed over the Internet.
10. Fish farming will overtake cattle ranching as a food source by 2010. Aquaculture has been the fastest-growing sector of the world food economy over the past decade.

It's meant to be obviously a spurious document. That's my reading too. IMO, the first paragraph makes it abundantly clear:
It is October 27, 2001. . . or today. You are the a Senior Assistant to the President, or perhaps the Chairman of Citigroup, or perhaps the publisher of the Chicago Tribune, or perhaps the President of RAND. Or perhaps you are yourself. One of your closest friendssomeone whose judgment and integrity are beyond questioncalls and asks urgently for a private meeting at once. When you meet, he presents you with the following document, which he had personally received a few hours earlier from an utterly reliable colleague in the Pentagon. (This source is also the author of the introductory note in italics, wherein he refers to himself in the third person.) Your friend is in a state of great alarm. He is certain that the document is authentic.

Legitimate-looking....
UNTIL PARAGRAPH 6.
Obviously a disjointed, patchwork phony. Intriguing reading, but as phony as a three-dollar bill.
I would suspect this is the fusion of parts of a legitimate transcript, with carefully inserted bullshit and disinformation.
Just my two cents....
