"I love Butch" but those around her heard it as, "I love Bush." Nope, trust me she said " I Love Bush" she just wasn't talking about the President...
But alas Board Decorum prohibits me from explaining further...

Thanks Texas...you showed exactly what the hell she really is.

Or, maybe it is - how many recounts will the liberals demand before they give up?Just like in the Presidential election, until they win, of course! Surprisingly, even immature liberals know when they need a grown-up in charge, sometimes.
During the klinton reign of terror against our nation, the stars and starletts, whatever, may have enjoyed their smoozing with the wierd and rather stupid klintons, might have enjoyed jumping on and thus degrading the Lincoln bed at the WH, no doubt enjoyed late night calls for advice from the lonely sex crazed billy klinton, might have even been lured into thinking they were 'politically smart' by offering advice to klinton and having him gush over their acute thinking (meanwhile rolling his eyes and laughing at them but keeping their money forefront in his sick mind), but bottom line, I bet most of them have NO RESPECT for that creepy photo-op jerk and his equally nasty wife.

Good for Melissa. I've seen her interviewed over the years and she seems like a good, decent person. Glad to know she's conservative. Valerie Harper on the other hand is a real bi$#h. I had a run in with her about 10 years ago when I was working and she's just a worthless shrew. I hope she stays on the bottom of the dung heap where she belongs.

Yes, Bruce played a CIA agent (back when being a CIA agent wasn't "cool") who constantly and unexplainably needed Kate Jackson, a Northern Virginian "homemaker", to complete his missions. The show was as dumb & improbable as they come but Bruce and Ms. Jackson had an easy chemistry and his charm kept the show afloat for several seasons. There was a hoity-toity CIA agent who constantly belittled Jackson's character as a mere "coupon clipper". The show was called "Scarecrow and Mrs. King."

Anyone who can support the libertarian platform needs a reality check. They have no answers just legalize everything and it will go away. It won't. And you need to get a life making this a big deal with a fellow poster. Like Shatner said to a Star Trek fan,"It's a show for crying out loud." The same applies to FR. It's just a discussion forum.

Valerie Harper is a washed-up has-been. Wasn't there a song about her? Harper, Valerie -- PTA.

Don't cry. Only the people who care should vote. Do you really want every wino hovel emptied for the presidential election, for instance? I don't. I think only those who can parse a Greek verb should vote.

I think only those who can parse a Greek verb should vote. I'm sure the Greeks will like that.

I think Californians have had a belly-full of 'Red' Davis, his recent signing of pro-gay bills, anti-gun bills, attempts to socialize electric power - and the massive tax rip-offs. I don't think Red's recent publicizing of the bridge threat is going to help, either. A) It had grandstanding written all over it. B) Most can see that it would have scared off an attempt, but destroyed any chance of capture. C) Word that the report given to Red said "CONFIDENTIAL".

How do you account for her win? Considering the odds she faced?
To: Ron C.
What you said!
Especially the part about replacing Davis with Simon (without your use of the words "someone like" Simon).
I want it to be SIMON!

Mike Farrell, formerly of M*A*S*H, is her VP preference. I remember him being EXTREMELY active in fringe left-wing causes, especially in the 80's. I recall he was a big Sandanista and El Salvadoran guerrila supporter. I believe him to be anti-gun. Farrell is most visible in the anti-death penalty crowd. Protests outside prisons. Uses all the standard lines on shows like Maher's Politically Correct (some 2-3 years ago, when I last watched).
