An Eyewitness News investigation has prompted the U.S. State Department to launch its own investigation. Reporter Jay Kolls discovered a foreign army training in our own backyard. Our own government did not know about the training, and the man who brought the United Arab Emirates air force cadets to the U.S. has now left the country.

Although there may be no connections to this training and the September 11 terrorist attacks, three of the hijackers had ties to the United Arab Emirates.

Eyewitness News found out about the training missions after one of the cadets had a skydiving accident.

He is reporting from the town in Florida where the terrorist pilots recieved flight training, Venice.

He is reporting the following facts.

1) The flight schools where the pilots recieved training were purchased by two dutch nationals in 1998. These men then set up advertizing in Europe to recruit pilot trainees. These men obtained authorization from our State Department to issues visa documents to these foreign nationals so they could enter the country for flight training. These men appear to be CIA cutouts from their behavior.

2) The terrorist pilots also had recieved training at U.S. militery bases. The pentagon has now admitted where and when these men were trained at our bases. 4) The airport in Venice adjoins property, and a mansion, owned by Jackson Stevens, of Stevens Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas. This is the largest stock brockage west of the Mississippi. This company is documented as being part of the Mena drug smuggling money operation.

Jackson Stevens was roommate with Jimmy Carter at Annapolis, and brokered the deal between Bert Lance and BCCI for BCCI to purchase Bert Lances' bank when Lance got into trouble for fraudulent loans. BCCI had been on a CIA watch list as a subversive international bank - not allowed to deal directly with American banks.

BCCI was removed from that list and allowed to purchase Lances bank which gave them entry to the American Banking system. Stevens owns a law firm in Venice, Boone, Boone & Boone, which is said to control everything in town that they don't own.

It looks like Daniel has the CIA/NSA covert ops by the tail, and he needs our attention to provide him with some cover from fallout from this investigation. Warns of Missile Attacks

I have received documents dated from February which prove that attempts were made to alert authorities to terrorist attacks. This is an extremely urgent matter. Authorities have bungled the handling of this, now it is up to the people to do something. There are 37 Russian made missiles which have found a way into the US via Canada. The man who gave me this information was involved in negotiations with the Mujahadeen on behalf of the US government in the early 1980s. He was encouraged to make his own contacts and has maintained those contacts through the years. He has informants well positioned within the terrorist cells. So why won't the government listen to him?

Michael Riconosciuto is a brilliant genius, off the scale! He is well-known in certain government circles for his involvement in the installation of a back door into a software program called Promis. The US Justice Department had obtained a copy of Promis illegally and the resulting lawsuit from Inslaw, the proprietor, created a huge scandal which continues to surface as the years go by. Recently, FOX News reported that Osama Bin Laden has the Promis software. This means he can move funds and keep track of his enemies without being hindered. Michael Riconosciuto was asked by Bill Hamilton, the proprietor of Promis, to sign an affidavit about his alterations to the software. A week before he signed, Michael was threatened. There had already been deaths around him and Michael informed his family (which happens to be my family) that he was about to be murdered or jailed and that whatever the family was going to be told about him, it wasn't true, he was being framed for telling the truth. A week after signing the affidavit, Michael ended up in jail on charges of running a drug lab. As a scientist, Michael was working on some amazing new mining technology for which there is a paper trail. We have a photo of the lab which was taken shortly before the raid - the mining equipment intact. This equipment was subsequently destroyed by the DEA.

Michael never got a fair trial. Two of his lawyers have been murdered, as well as friends and journalist Danny Casolaro. Because the US government doesn't want to admit anything about Promis, Michael has been relegated as a nut case and serious efforts to isolate him have been ongoing for more than ten years. It is very difficult for his family to communicate with him because his letters are intercepted and don't get through. As the years go by, more and more evidence is brought to light, Canada has investigated their own breach of national security because of Promis and it is obvious that Promis is not an imaginary problem. Michael may never live to see his wonders put into action. He has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and many delays in diagnosis and treatment have occurred. Prostate cancer is treatable with a high rate of success, but we cannot delay. We are now being told that it will be up to three months before a surgical bed is available. Considering his contacts in the Mujahadeen and the immediate terrorist missile threat, it is an urgent matter of global security that Michael be treated in a secure facility at once. The safest place for him to be treated is the Federal Medical Clinic in Rochester, MN. I am an artist, a musician, and I also host an internet radio program. I am sitting on far more information that I can publish. I don't want to endanger informants or compromise any chance of stopping the next wave of attacks. I wish to hand it over to the proper authorities but I am starting to think maybe they just want a war. The RCMP seemed to take it very seriously when I called but they still have not come to my home to actually investigate. They, along with the FBI and CIA were warned prior to the September 11 attacks.

Did you look at the video? After reviewing the salient facts,
(1) There was NO U.S. State Dept. approval ... or even awareness of this N2 activity...for military training (as required by contract transactions under $50 million) or U.S. Congressional oversight...or awareness of the activity, (for transactions over $50 million) and
(2)that the UAE 'principal' behind N2 solutions behaved in a very suspiciously secretive manner, demanding that americans deny knowledge of him and there was no evident UAE government sponsoring of this individual and virtually no information available about him, plus the so-called 'military cadets'. His sudden departure from the U.S. to avoid questioning is of at least mild interest, eh? And
(3) The fact the 'cadets' were training on aircraft that have little military utility in today's combat environment...single-engine prop aircraft. But these may have utility as terror weapons. How about a plane loaded with explosives and/or extra fuel tanks that is put on auto-pilot for a collision in Chicago towards the Sears tower (which is probably nowhere near as tough a design as the WTC Towers), or the suspension cables of a major bridge while terrorist bails out with his parachute? He doesn't even have to suicide then to reap his victory.

I would definitely say this N2 operation demands serious and sustained, rather than cursory investigation. After all, they are going to have some degree of alibi developed, for plausibility-sake. Of the 19 'sleeper' agents who were responsible on 9-11, 13 had VALID unexpired visas.

Okay, let's be honest here. This is a good example of how rotten our system was and how easy it was for foreigners to do whatever they wanted in this country.

But these college kids aren't identified as terrorists. They are undoubtedly here legally. Maybe that should be changed.

But they weren't learning terrorist techniques. They were skydiving. The company that arranged it wasn't properly licensed to do that much business here, and the owner split once 9/11 happened.

But this story is only a story because it involves arabs doing something "scary" in violation of a law. The students wouldn't have known about that. How could they?

Any one of them could have signed up individually for what they did and never have been in violation of anything.

I'm all for investigating the heck out of this thing and if any leads turn up, then great. But there is nothing here to indicate that anything threatening was happening. At least I don't see it.
