A day in the life of President Bush (photos): 10/24/01

Good evening all! I have the extreme privilege of bringing you tonight’s dose! W was on the road selling his economic stimulus package today in Glen Burnie, Maryland. I just LOVE the ones of W with the flag—I had to turn the fan WAY up while preparing this dose!! Anyone have a good quote of the day? I was so anxious to get these photos on here I didn't get a chance to see if I could find one!

I knew there was a reason Fall was my favorite season--W looks extra good with those georgeous trees in those colors!

"Hey Andy—have you given Lawgirl that White House staff job yet? NO?? Then step behind me!"

Here was one I hadn’t seen yet- More proof that our president is a HOTTIE even on a big screen!

Was it just me, or was he tearing up a lot at certain points?

He was definitely tearing up, and I think it's because he loves his country, and its people!!
I LOVE THIS MAN!!!

This speech was wonderful!! And I noticed that he barely referred to his notes at all.
It was entirely from his heart, and it was beautifully delivered!

I LOVE THIS MAN!!!! (oh, did I say that already???)

Lawgirl, I'm afraid that I can't arrange a meeting with W for you either! Soorrrry!!
(Gotta meet him myself first!!)

It looked to me that he had tears in his eyes at the end of the speech. That is one of the qualities that makes Dubya such a great person ..... he truly cares rather than just saying that he does. It shows in so many ways. I just thank God every day for sending us this man who is so suited to the difficult task with which he is confronted!

MM, I thought I counted three different times when he looked like he was about to cry. Did you see this or am I losing my mind? I have noticed that whenever he looks that way, my eyes fill up with tears. I cannot believe how attached I am to this man. I worry about him all the time. He is a wonderful human being - a gift of the highest level.

I see the fox is guarding the hen house tonight. And just how many unfavorable pics did you not post tonight, talk about bias coverage

The workers cheered when he came in. They showed that on Fox tonight. I thought he looked much better rested. But then he always looks good to me.

I am not sure how many of you do a lot of lurking and posting on this forum. But, is it my imagination or has the "conspiracy paranoia" been at an all time high lately?

I think they must of raided their Y2K bunkers of all the reynolds wrap they had in stock for gathering the latest on the inevidable Y2K "Dark Winter" Some of the number comparison's remind of Louis Farrkan's "Million Man March" speach when he was "Tin Foiling" about all the different heights of the monuments in the District of Columbia and the struggle of the Nation of Islam.

I just have to shake my head and start repeating the "Twilight Zone's" theme ...doo do doo do.....doo do doo do....doo do doo do

You did a great job in picking the best pics tonight!

This thread is the best relaxant before bedtime. I sleep easier know that Dubya is in charge!

Thanks be to God's Mercy in giving us this wonderful President & darling Laura for these perilous times.

The President is always tearing up. He is very emotional. It is part of his charm.

Poor Rush indeed. He can't hear the President, but even more terrible, he couldn't hear NY's finest BOOING Hillary off the stage the other night!!!! The hi-lite of the year and he can't hear it! I hope when he gets better, cause he will, there are tapes of it around for him to listen to!
