[Understanding who Russell Welch is, here are the statements he made in the Clinton Chronicles.]
RUSSELL WELCH (Arkansas State Police Investigator in charge of Mena investigation): In 1983, I was made aware that Sheriff Hadaway and one of his auxiliary deputies, Terry Capehart, were investigating a smuggling operation going on at the Mena Airport. They had an inside source of information.
RUSSELL WELCH: He [Barry Seal] said 1983 was his most profitable cocaine smuggling period ever. He said that the airplanes that he had placed at the Mena Airport, there were four of them, a couple of Senecas, a couple of Panthers, and one or two stragglers here and there, different airplanes, he said they were purchased solely for the purpose of cocaine smuggling.
RUSSELL WELCH: A certain degree of money laundering had taken place among these people that were associated with Barry Seale.
RUSSELL WELCH: They had special cargo doors installed on the side without FAA permission so that these doors could be opened in flight. They would pull in, slide back and cocaine could be dropped out of the side in flight.

RUSSELL WELCH: We'd been so busy investigating, just concentrating, focusing, that it took a while to register that nothing was going to happen.
RUSSELL WELCH: After Winston took office, Bill told me that he was no longer allowed to discuss the Mena airport investigation from the attorney general's office.

It would seem an investigation would of been automatic if it was military grade anthrax, like in high profile automatic at a Federal level..
I dunno. The ol Arkansas mafia had a way of hiding things, making uncomfortable things disappear into thin air. Just check the clinton death list from those good ol klinton arkansas days (when he wasn't raping Juanita or pardoning drug dealer Dan lasater, etc) and ponder how MANY PEOPLE died via suicide or plane crash with a few train track deaths and suspicious drive by shootings thrown in for good measure. Even the tainted blood rebates have a stinky connection that has warranted a full blown federal investigation FOR YEARS. For some reason, our federal government has been content to skim the surface of bill clinton's filthy behavior....what is festering under all the slaps on the wrist (ie his temporary suspension of the right to practice law) is a crawling mass of felonious behavior.

That is the power of terrorism. The more a terrorist does, the more people jump at shadows. It's only natural. And terrorists count on it. Clinton, IMO, is a terrrorist. Hopefully, he is a retired terrorist. But just like the marines, you never really quit being one. We will never know for certain what was truly accidental. But in time, there will be conclusions that there were murders.
The one that outraged me the most was Tainted Blood. Thousands of innocent victims who trusted their doctors to give them healthy blood. They had nothing to do with politics. They were not implicated in Arkansas corruption in any way. They just needed blood. And Clinton's buddy, I forget the guy's name, wanted some easy cash.
It's important to understand how little Clinton cared about human life. Only then can one begin to comprehend what he did, such as in Chinagate, the FBI files, Waco, the sleazy pardons.

It seems that someone wants some discord. Perhaps Bin Laden wants a partizan food fight? I considered that. He doesn't gain much going after liberal democrats and media. Hillary, on the other hand, can't stand peace and quiet. She loves discord, feeds off it.
But then there is the 'red-handed' matter to consider. One of the terrorists is said to have red hands. Perhaps it was muslim terrorists after all. Perhaps they think the liberals are easier to intimidate than conservatives.
Then there was that crazy episode at the airport, where Hillary's witch-mobile tried to bypass checkpoints. Why? Could it be she didn't want to be searched? Could it be she wanted to sneak out without having her name registered there at that particular time? I wonder what the time line is for that letter. This notion might be easilly discounted if the days don't match up.
I even considered Bush. LOL. Yes I'll turn any stone. Being as cynical as possible about the potential he had as evil a team together as Clinton [and it takes a lot of work to get that evil a team together], Bush doesn't need this kind of turmoil. His approval ratings as high as they are. Why bother? Everything is going his way right now. And frankly, I don't think he or his team would have enough energy left at the end of the day to plan a daring caper like this.
But back to Russell Welch, while it's unlikely the Welch incident is connected to this, it is still worth considering and investigating. And when liberals try to pin the blame on conservatives, I'll be ready to throw this in their face.
One thing is for certain, the hand writing on the envelope will shorten the suspect list very quickly. Potential suspects could be cleared in no time. But who wrote the letter? An islamic foreign terrorist? A staffer? A stranger paid to write on an envelope? A friend? The anthrax handler directly?
If you have someone else write on envelopes, you just created a witness. Most criminals don't want too many witnesses. Soooo..... I am curious.
