OMG
M. Thatcher; holdonnow; DocLim: Please express my deepest sympathies! Why are the good people always the ones who get s**t upon the most??? I cannot see the man continuing in his duties and this will be the greatest loss to our movement I can imagine. :o( Perhaps he will continue on, writing?
This is devastating news, Laz. What -- or where -- would talk radio be today were it not for Rush?
Come on, What is this sh*t? Did we give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?....
You can't keep a good man down. So don't try it on a great man. There is a way! (Kudos to the Red River Rats)
David Limbaugh I read all the time. He's one of my favorites.
I am very sad to hear about Rush, though.
I cannot see the man continuing in his duties . . .Total BS. Don't make the mistake of imagining what you think your limitations would be if you were hearing impaired.
Rush will be with us as long as the internet exists. He will take questions via e-mail or have his call screener type in accepted calls/questions.
My friend, "The BIg Guy", isn't going away. He may not be able to hear us, but he'll 'listen', read and continue "The Limbaugh Letter", in addition to many, many more op-ed's (which will be accepted) by the lamestream press.
God Bless him and Marta. As a 24/7 subscriber I sent a private e-mail to Rush.(He does read and answer them). Subject line: "Remain Forever Intrepid!"
El'Rushbo will forever be "Outstandingly Courageous!" With the help of God and our prayers, he's not going away.
Mustang send.
How can you say that Laz? He took calls today and did just fine. With all the technology today he will do just fine. He will probably end up learning to lip read and/or sign even. I think that would be great. Perhaps the medication will work. Let's hope so.
