In light of the past week's events, this story really ticked me off today.
What a bunch of Clymers!

Definition of a nightmare: Watching the terrorist attacks on the television news last Tuesday, then realizing that Al Gore was the president who had to deal with the situation.
My head is in the oven as I write this.
To: Sideshow Bob
Agreed ... but I was surprised to see WSJ on the list of news org's sponsoring this.

If Al Gore or Clinton(s) were President, this would not have happened.
Enemies do not attack their allies.

just goes to show you the media is SOOOOOooooooo upset that THEY weren't elected to the white house!
SORE LOSERMAN!
To: Sideshow Bob
It is almost funny and definately pathetic! Who, I wonder, will write the new play book and with what success?
To: AgThorn
Don't be surprised. The WSJ is very liberal except for the Op/Ed page which is strongly conservative. They are 2 different animals in the same cage.
To: Sideshow Bob
The political bias of their effort is very obvious from the fact that they are delaying its release.
Is that how impartial journalists treat news? Should I wait for the score of last night's baseball game until a time at which I might be more likely to notice it? Is news of bus accidents being held back until they might generate more interest? Of course not.
This is not news in any sense of the word. This is a free advertisement for the DNC from their press wing at the NY Times.
I wouldn't wipe my ass with that paper.

It actually helps to know the WSJ is there. They'll keep an eye on the other two.

I have frozen a couple of liberals by asking them who Gore would have as his VP, SECDEF, and SECSTATE--had he won the election. We know the VP would be Lieberman. Would Lieberman and two to be named later (or plug in Cohen adn Allbright for starters) give the country more confidence now than Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Powell?

There has never been a "vast majority" that thought Bush was illegitimate.
Did you major in "Fuzzy math'?

The Democrats couldn't find the high road with a map and the best GPS on the market.

Please describe "vast majority".
And while you're at it, please supply ANY publicly available poll supporting your contention.
Otherwise, Mr. Disruptor, GO AWAY.

There were problems devising the best system for categorizing clues to voters' intent in ballots rejected during the original count. This one line says it all, I believe.

What a joke......keep telling the lie often and loud. Seem's to work on you.

Translation=Bush won.

"problems categorizing the best clues to identify voter intent"
In other words, they were figuring out ways to divine the intent of voters who did not actually punch a ballot, which is to say that, in effect, the counters would be casting the votes, not the voters. The Democrats wanted the election to be decided by Carnak the Magnificent.

They can count the fingers on my right hand. The middle one is erect and the other 4 are clenched.
