MOSCOW, September 17, 2001. /From a RIA Novosti correspondent/ -- The USA is briefed on the fact that the police have found technical specification and instructions for piloting the Boeing-737 aircraft, with the Chechen militants and briefed the US on this discovery, said Head of the assistance programs of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) Lieutenant-General Alexander Zdanovich.
We got in touch with our American partners shortly after receiving this information, stressed Zdanovich.
The general reminded reporters that similar aviation systems had been used by terrorists during the September 11 attacks in the territory of the US.
People who were found to possess the specification and instructions are members of the gang of an Arab mercenary here, in Chechnya, who keep in contact with Osama bin Laden, said Zdanovich.
We know that some militants and bin Laden's representatives visited Chechnya and are currently staying in Pankisi on Georgia's territory, noted the Russian official.
According to the FSB office in Chechnya, Boeing-737 specification and piloting instructions were copied on a CD found in a gang's cache. The gang is lad by terrorist known as 'Abdurakhman small'. A CD containing Chechnya's electronic map was also among the finds.
To quote Zdanovich, a probe into the issue is being conducted now.
Alexander Zdanovich did not rule out that the FSB might receive additional information after the CD data is decoded.

I have my suspicions that Russia may use this situation to free their hand in dealing with Chechnya. The same goes for the Massad using the WTC tragedy for their own purposes.
It would be pretty easy for the Russians to have planted this 737 manual on a bunch of dead Chechens.

Muslim extremists need to be dug out and destroyed no matter where they are, if Russia wants to wipe them out with our help then we should help. We must dig them out in Indonesia, Afganistan, the Balkins every where they are dug in and burn them down or it will never be over.

What a lovely thought: hijackers read the manual, maybe even twice, look at the illustrations, and go fly a 737.
