Nine people were shot after the Magic City Classic football game on Saturday night in Birmingham, Alabama.
According to police, one person was killed and eight others were injured in a mass shooting just outside Legion Field after the game around 7:50 p.m.
The Magic City Classic is an annual rivalry game between Alabama State University and Alabama A&M University, the state's largest historically Black universities.

A spokesman for the police department told the Associated Press and other reporters that one person was detained for questioning and that multiple weapons were found and secured after the mass shooting.

Did any casino profit on the over/under line? Football and casinos have a significant gaming affiliation.
Is it possible to just gather and enjoy the event? For some, it would seem not.
Actually, isn’t segregation bad? We have been told it was bad, even downright evil. So why are these “black” universities still a thing?
