“ PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Federal election monitors will be watching over Multnomah County's voting process on Election Day. The Oregon Secretary of State’s office said the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice told them on Thursday the agency would send monitors to the county. "It is not legal for these observers or anyone else to interfere with Oregon's elections – even the Department of Justice. We are prepared. We will follow the law and we will make sure the Department of Justice does the same," Read said. Multnomah County and other counties allow observers but protect the process with rules that forbid observers from talking to election workers, interfering with conversations between election workers and voters, taking photos or videos of sensitive voter information or handling any ballots or official materials.”

“The Oregon gubernatorial race between Democratic Gov. Tina Kotek and Republican state Sen. Christine Drazan is currently virtually deadlocked, with recent polls showing Drazan slightly ahead by just 1% within the margin of error. Voter dissatisfaction with the state’s direction is a significant factor contributing to the tight race.”
YES!!!!

IIRC only 3 counties went for Kamala. But those are where the nuts are and they rule with an iron fist.
