The ICE agents who conduct home raids are charged with detaining and deporting criminal aliens and fugitive aliens. A fugitive alien is a noncitizen who failed to appear in immigration court. A criminal alien is any noncitizen convicted of a crime. In many cases, these raids result in the detention and sometimes deportation of immigrants who are neither criminal nor fugitive aliens – these are what ICE calls “collateral arrests.”

When President Barack Obama took office in 2009, immigration home raids were commonplace.

Same with the $hitholes they came from. What’s the difference? That’s why they aren’t leaving.

Two weeks from now trump Trump should suggest all law enforcement should be federalized. He starts by asking: “You wanna work for me?” November 4.

From the article: “A criminal alien is any noncitizen convicted of a crime.”

BS, a criminal alien includes those who entered the country illegally, not just those convicted of a crime.

I understand your point, but no one is *legally* a criminal without trial by jury or a plea to avoid it. I cherish the Constitution more than illegal border crossings.

Again - I understand your points, but I cherish the Constitution more than that. They can be deported by a process that includes rights.

Negative sympathy for them. We had to waste taxpayer money dealing with them and others who shouldn’t have been here in the first place.

I don’t care about illegal aliens being terrified. They terrorize Americans.

“… no one is *legally* a criminal without trial by jury or a plea to avoid it…”

Not true. Immigration courts in particular can judge someone has violated a law without a trial by jury or a plea deal. That person has “legally” become a criminal (a person who has been found to have violated a law) and subject to the punishments available.

The new argument from the left is but those are just misdemeanor crimes. IMO, if that is what they think, make it a felony.

Those illegal alien bass turds sure are a bunch of tantrum-throwing crybabies when the law pushes back on their goat-smellin’ azzes. All their Mondelo Macho power goes away.
