During this election season, there has been a significant surge in entirely Fake Polls and Suppression Polls

During this election season, there has been a significant surge in entirely Fake Polls and Suppression Polls designed to do nothing more than interfere with the regular functioning of the electoral process and alter the normal patterns of voter turnout and enthusiasm.

Many journalists and broadcasters have been amplifying or airing these Polls without regard to basic journalistic ethics and without informing the public that those Polls lack a scientific, accurate, or even real basis.

The FCC takes these issues seriously. Broadcasters are prohibited by the terms of their federal licenses from engaging in News Distortion or promoting Broadcast Hoaxes. It is important that broadcasters comply with their public interest obligations. After all, the country benefits greatly when Americans can trust and rely on the media to report the news fairly and accurately.

Broadcasters are advised to avoid engaging in News Distortions or running Broadcast Hoaxes by airing Polls that would violate their regulatory obligations. If broadcasters believe they should provide their viewers with additional context and information about Polls they have covered, they can now take those actions consistent with FCC regulations.

I've been sounding the alarms that the polls are WRONG—and new evidence of that is now piling up!

Polling organizations are being forced to admit they are dramatically under-sampling Republican support, but the media is delighted to use it all to depress GOP turnout. We can't let that happen!

Today, the Wedgewood scandal—where they've admitted it was “far too easy” to produce and spread completely fake polling data—adds an even darker element with enormous implications.

When so called 'journalists' quote polls they know are false it's an "in kind' donation to the democrat party.. And should be treated as such - they're breaking laws dealing with political contributions...

Back me up Kornacki.

Even the Rino James Lankford knows that polls this late in the game are meant to influence voters, rather than inform them.

I have my own absolutely foolproof way of determining the accuracy of any and all polls.
I’ll bet not a single FReeper can not guess what it is.

Add to this the Polymarket and Kalshi fraudulent betting markets. They mean absolutely nothing except that a few rich guys are willing to drop big money to create a fake news story.

Enjoin them from what?

If that’s the standard, then any reporting for or against a candidate or cause should also be treated as an in-kind donation.

Wedgewood never had Dems ahead in any race, and were already being questioned because their results were so far out of line with other polling organizations.

Polymarket and Kalshi may not mean anything to you, but they reflect positions where the bettors are willing to put their money where their mouth is.

When over 90% of newspaper stories about democrats are positive - and some of those stories are based on talking points and contacts GIVEN to them by the democrat party AND they pump stories from 'pollsters' and they KNOW are lying for democrat's benefit...
THAT MY FRIEND IS AN IN KIND DONATION TO THE DEMOCRAT PARTY.

Yes, based on the lies spewed by the leftwing Establishment media. It's a shame people believe the lies. Millions (if not billions) were lost by these losers in 2024 when they believed media reports Kamala was destined to win. How much money did you lose, Bob?

The Courts need to deal with the issue rather than buying the lie... Most ‘news’ organizations are propaganda arms of the DNC and it’s not that hard to prove.

“Wedgewood never had Dems ahead in any race”

When you gonna stop lying?

Grok:

False.
Wedgewood Polls (the recently exposed firm that admitted fabricating most of its data as a “social experiment”) repeatedly released results showing Democrats ahead in multiple races.

Examples include:
@wedgewoodpolls
Michigan U.S. Senate: Abdul El-Sayed (D) over Mike Rogers (R), e.g., 53%–47% (Oct. 2026) and earlier +5 in a general-election matchup.

@wedgewoodpolls
Georgia U.S. Senate: Jon Ossoff (D) over Mike Collins (R), 55%–45%.

@wedgewoodpolls
Maine U.S. Senate: Troy Jackson (D) over Susan Collins (R), 52%–48%.

@wedgewoodpolls
Kansas U.S. Senate: Adan Hamilton (D) over Roger Marshall (R), 50%–48%.

@wedgewoodpolls
Ohio U.S. Senate and governor: Sherrod Brown (D) and Amy Acton (D) ahead of their Republican opponents.

@wedgewoodpolls
Other instances, such as progressive/Democratic candidates leading in Wisconsin primary/general matchups and favorable numbers for Democrats in Texas among certain groups.
Fox News

Nate Silver and others noted that the (now-removed) Wedgewood numbers tended to be about a point more favorable to Democrats than the broader consensus. The firm also boosted certain progressive Democrats in primaries (e.g., El-Sayed over more moderate rivals in Michigan). The claim that it “never had Dems ahead in any race” is incorrect.
