The “Cornell 7” gang rape case is descending into the same lynch-mob hysteria as the notorious Duke lacrosse or “mattress girl” hoaxes of old — only with social media making everything worse.
It seems we have learned nothing from past injustices...
A young woman who goes by “Jane Doe” has filed a civil lawsuit two years after she alleged she was gang-raped by seven men in a sordid, drug-fueled sexual encounter at the Chi Phi fraternity house at the elite Cornell University, where she was a student at the time...
Yet, according to Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten, citing Doe’s sworn statement to campus investigators in November 2024, she “described her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious and consensual.” When she told the young men to stop, they did...
She told police she had agreed to the threesome “due to how attracted [she] was to [Male Number 1] on top of [her] drunken curiousness.”
Four more men arrived in the room after Male 2 despicably announced on the fraternity Snapchat that there was “free p–sy” available.
Male 4 asked if they “all could do drugs off of [her] perfect body.” Jane Doe responded, “Sure.”
She recounted another threesome “until at some point, around 5:45 a.m., [Jane Doe] said [she] was tired and needed to turn in. At that point, both guys stopped the threesome...”
The young men made bad choices, too, and I would be ashamed to have sons who behaved that way.

When they are found their only crime was being stupid and compromisable, the liberals will walk away without accountability and not even apologize.
They shouldn’t have done it, even if they are technically innocent under the law, because they are forever compromisable.

Whats ironic is that Sunny Hostin didnt join in the mob, she said that yes of course it needs to be investigated but that she changed her story multiple times so something doesnt add up

There was nothing to learn from the Duke lacrosse case. It was calculated malice on the part of the lynch mob. They knew it was a hoax.
she made a lot of posts in the weeks after the event that should exonerate many of the Cornell 7. It appears she moved to her current position due to peer pressure and you can follow that move on her social media.
It may have been the 80s when a woman claimed the men in the bar raped her and they claimed (credibly)that she came in wanting sex with them, it was a huge feminist national story and I always wondered if the case was similar to what happens on rare occasions in bars, when a female walks in looking for group sex on the pool table, it is weird, but it happens.
For those who don’t know, sometimes females do some weird things regarding groups.

Then there’s the fake U of Virginia gang rape story authored by Rolling Stone, who is still in business...
malice??? The DA made up evidence and told the forensic scientist to lie- and he got 1 day in jail!!!

Apparently the Queen of Norway has been reported doing the pool table thing with various men. I think she’s recently been sent to a rehab or something.
The Virginia rape case was years after the Duke case but Rolling Stone just went ahead anyway and sufered no consequences.
This is very concerning. Seems the “innocent until proven guilty “ is gone.
