Apparently, Democrats’ internal polling suggests gas prices won’t be enough to sweep them into power in the Midterms. They may also suggest endlessly mouthing “affordability” isn’t that hot either, which is plausibly why AI, in development for many years, has suddenly become their newest source of imminent doom. Happily, for Americans, it appears AI hysteria isn’t going to work very well either. Americans seem to have learned from the COVID hoax.
The other day, I paid $4.17 for gas. That didn’t make me happy, but I know it’s temporary. President Trump’s policies, based in reality and a solid understanding of economics, are paying dividends:
And even if they weren’t, I’m willing to pay more for gas and whatever else is necessary to ensure Iran never gets a nuke. I’m also happy we’re finally paying those Islamist Demons back for all the evil they’ve inflicted on us and the world for the last half-century. I’m also more than smart enough not to expect Democrats to lower prices on anything.
Remember Obama Energy Secretary Steven Chu? In 2008, he proudly proclaimed their goal was to raise America’s gas prices “to the levels of Europe.”
Five years later, he did a 180, but Americans then, and now, know that when Democrats shift toward the center and sanity, it’s only a temporary dodge, and if we’re stupid enough to elect them, we’ll get their true intentions, good and hard.
Oh, but that was Obama. Democrats have been much better since then. Yeah. Not so much, as this Free Beacon report from 2023 notes:
High gas prices have been a nightmare for President Joe Biden. But they are a dream come true for a progressive economist whom the president tapped for a top White House post.

Its always funny to watch leftists speak about “high prices”. What I never hear is how they would bring them down.

Students for life, Faith & Freedom have a few. But MAGA is not fielding any ground troops... It isn’t calling up the reserves... it is too busy yelling at the screen to pull away from the screen and get in the game.
Well that’s why Carter only served one term despite the fact that he was personally scandal-free.
