Not even sweater weather yet,
but so much better than
the high 90s or 100s.

Yes, cooling off at last. Not nearly as much as you but it’s a good start in the right direction.

I did get some mowing done this afternoon. Mowed along the driveway since it was getting pretty shaggy. The rest still looks ok so I’ll leave it for now.

BRRRRR! A little early for 49. Definitely coat weather for your morning walks. The say 60 overnight tonight for us, then 50s the next 4 nights. Highs in the low 80s. I can live with that. LOL

I wish you could have gotten a better break from the heat but at least you got a little.

Hey there, radu!

It’s not sweater weather, but I’m just happy that the highs have been in the 80s. It gets down into the low 70s at night, and that’s a plus. Especially for the kitties. We’ll get there. :)

Did you get to do any mowing today or did the ragweed pollen keep you inside?

A break is a break and something to be grateful for, no doubt. The kitties and other outside critters really needed it since they don’t have the benefits of AC.

Clouds kept us from reaching 80 today but barely. They started breaking up a lot while I mowed along the driveway this afternoon and I could feel the humidity drop as an extra push to the cold front moved through, courtesy of the nor’easter along the coast. That dry air is going to make our next few nights brisk, but we’ll have highs in the low 80s.
I can live with that. :-)
