The American Airlines passenger who had to be duct-taped to his seat after going berserk on a flight to Newark claimed he had no recollection of the mortifying mid-air incident a day after his arrest.
“I don’t remember any of what happened,” Layne Lundeen, 67, said as court proceedings in Annapolis, Maryland, got underway, according to The Banner in Baltimore, which obtained audio of his appearance.
“I assaulted a police officer? Is that what it says?” he reportedly said. “I don’t have my glasses.”
District Court Commissioner George Haag read the accusations against him, as Lundeen moaned, “Oh my God. What a mess. I don’t remember any of it.”
Lundeen’s alleged racist and homophobic tirade was so severe that fellow passengers had to restrain him with duct tape and zip-ties, and the flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Baltimore.
Haag later asked Lundeen, “What brings you to Maryland?”
Lundeen replied, “I came to New York City. I don’t know how I got to Maryland. I was supposed to land in New Jersey.”

What these reports never mention is that the guy next to him on the plane was Jonathan Cahn.
He’s mentioned toward the bottom of the article. To me, this episode sounds like demonic possession. The guy might want to see an exorcist.

Years ago I was on a prayer and deliverance team. Possession is very real. My heart goes out to this guy as he faces court for actions outside of his control. May he receive the deliverance he needs. May the public also wake to the fact “we wrestle not against flesh and blood.”
He has a weird name too. Any family? Wife? Anybody to vouch for this guy or did he just pop out of the blue?

The article states that he had been in NYC helping one of his daughters move in to her apartment, and, to celebrate her birthday.
Sounds like he celebrated, alright.
She/the rest of his family are probably too embarrassed to show face, for now.
