Things are good enough, I reckon. Hot but not oppressively so. Pretty much caught up on the long-neglected mowing. Kitties are ok, though right now they’re all asleep. That means they’ll wake up all together to run rampant shortly. Full moon effect. LOL

Hi, beachy! Looking forward to fall since May, but it’ll be a while before we actually experience it.

Did you have a fun vacation? Can you reveal where you went?

Good thing you don’t go to bed until late. Maybe by the time you hit the sack, they’ll have gotten the zoomies out of their system.

Got home to find about four dozen eggs and son said he’d already cooked up two dozen. I took three more for us. They are doing their job. LOL

We did our annual family visit to Michigan, in different locations.
The weather was delightful. The kind of summers we’d like to have here.

Yeah, they normally get past the zoomies by the time I go to bed. LOL Might be a little wilder for a bit, during the eclipse.

I’d say the chickens are doing a FINE job! They keep it up, y’all will be selling some to the neighbors. :-)
