Joe Biden invited millions of people into this country illegally and handed them your wallet.

Now Scott Bessent just found the thirty-year-old scam that made it possible – and the name behind it will make your jaw drop. SubscribingTo Political News Outlets

What he announced Wednesday saves you $3 billion, and the story of who kept this running should make you furious.

The Giveaway Washington Didn't Want You to Notice Here is how the con worked. Four tax credits – the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Adoption Tax Credit – are refundable.

The IRS spent decades mailing the checks to anyone who filed, legal status be damned.

A 2011 Inspector General report caught the IRS handing out more than $4 billion in refundable tax credits to illegal aliens.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

If I remember correctly we discussed this on FR many years ago. A Tax Preparer at a Flea Market in Aurora IL getting many tax refunds mailed to his bank account and the illegals not realizing what was happening.

"JUST FOUND"? This has been known and debated on FR and other places for years. I find it frustrating that news sources do not know what they are reporting on and spread false information.

Abolish 90% of government programs. Institute a flat tax across the board. Everybody pays something. Abolish the IRS. See tagline.

It’s like all we hear are the headlines and not much else. Legal beagle Freepers will say it takes years to make a case. How about some prevention in the mean time?

Not so tired of that as I am seeing decades worth of politicians knowing what is wrong, promising to do something about it and it just goes on and on and on ad nauseam.

The country is busted in every way. We don’t get anything right anymore. I see it every day and I see nothing good happening any day.

My 92 year-old neighbor is in liver failure, drove 70 miles this morning to the VA just to find his doctor had gone home “not feeling well”. Just another example of a busted system, a system that is actually just worthless and one that you have to fight for everything you manage to accomplish, especially if you are one of the people that pay for it all.

Nothing good happens every day.

So confiscate Bill Clinton’s pension and benefits.
Force Elena Kagan to resign.
Bill them for the shortfall.

I’,m tired of my new neighbors from Ukraine , obviously prosperous people, stand in line at the food bank at the church down the street. They take it home in their brand new $$$$$ SUV.

I volunteered at that food bank many years ago, and we were pretty careful to give really poor people the best stufff, like organic veggies for their little kids.

“Nothing good happens every day.”

No shit. It’s a new trauma every day. Electricity was off 12 hours yesterday.
Off again today. wildfire has started 2 miles away. I’m not running from another damn fire. I’ve been running the last 6 years. I despise this place.

Sunday Dr Oz called FRAUD a FEATURE.

FEATURE is a running joke in IT. This isn’t a defect. It is a feature.

There are a lot of political ads where I live & both Rs and Ds talk about reducing taxes for the little guy which infers to me, going after the “wealthy,” whose $$ amount is never mentioned. I want to see ads that state they’ll reduce spending by shrinking number of govt workers, getting rid of pensions etc. If a 401k is good enough for the majority of Americans, let govt workers invest their way to an early retirement.

We read about the massive fraud being uncovered but not anything about indictments and recovery of losses for the US Treasury.
