She’s just not qualified to be a senator. I think it was fine to let her finish out her brother’s term to honor his memory. But it should’ve been done with the understanding that it really was just that, and a real candidate running in November.

Exactly right. She can’t do a terrible amount of damage in this short term. But a retarded Senator, over many years, can wreak havoc.

I think you’re right. Which is icky, since her job is to represent the people of SC, not Trump. Sometimes the two issues aren’t the same. There’s an overall creepy element to this, IMO.
Remarkably, over time, Lindsey Graham became a strong Trump supporter. His sister seems to be so as well, and more so than the GOP alternatives.

Graham was a phony. From 2018 on he was worried about getting reelected, so started playing a conservative again. And after his buddy McCain was dead he needed to re-ally himself.
I sincerely hope we don’t get saddled with his sister like we got saddled with Frank Murkowski’s daughter.
A public figure has to get used to that.
