Lock the doors and Make them Drive-thru only after a certain time...say, 8pm................

No provoking incident. Certainly no political demands.
Having demands implies there can be some condition to make it stop voluntarily.
Furthermore, there is no controlling authority to negotiate with.

Lots of public spaces are suffering because of this. Wanna go to a mall? Anyone under 18 should NOT be allowed into a business without a parent.

That *might* work if the private security folks are off-duty NYC police officers.
Otherwise, it’s not a solution at all.
And heaven help a non-cop security guard who tries to restore order. That guard has no police powers, no qualified immunity, and no support from the city’s legal team.
If only there was a pattern...
Happened in my hometown - I no longer live there but was well over 300 yutes rioting and vandalizing. This is the same place where a few ‘outspoken’ community leaders demanded that the most beautiful street in town, lined with 100+ year old oak trees and stately homes, be renamed MLK Blvd.
Understand that this is the beginning of such civil unrest and no one will do anything about it.
Unreal. These people are f-ing crazy. This is a taste of what is to come in that city.
Well, this would not have happened at a McDowell’s, lol.
Impose a teen curfew. Then charge the parent - if there is one - or grandmother of the ‘teen’ for failing to control the little thug. Guilty mom or granny then must do community service such as cleaning up trashed public spaces.
