I just checked the weather for the location of the observatory in Pompey New York and it’s CLEAR.
It’s not like he was going to win a prize. He hit the moon. BFD. A blind horse gets a drink once and awhile. GMAF break. 🤪
He DID win a prize, he has his name planted on the moon. And he gets to jerk your chain a little too.

It’s fine to feel that way, but why dump on what other people find interesting, it takes effort to do that, it seems unnecessary to me.

Unfortunately, it’s a common trait on FR, something that I do not understand, I see things on FR on a daily basis that I do not like or understand, and I don’t comment to the person, why take the time or effort to dump on what other people find interesting.
Nothing. Although that isn’t surprising. Imagine a satellite view of the earth with 2 to 4 states viewed all at once. And a 747 crashes into a farmer’s field. That isn’t going to get picked up.
