President Trump on Monday accused US Attorney Jeanine Pirro of folding “like an umbrella” for dismissing charges against former Olympian David Hearn — rather than standing by the case that alleged the canoeist vandalized the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall.
“The judge was extremely unfriendly to Jeanine and frankly, I think she choked,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on Monday. “The judge was really vicious. Instead of going after the people that did it, the judge went after her and went after her department, and I guess she choked.”
“I was disappointed in Jeanine Pirro. Really disappointed in Jeanine Pirro,” he added. “She folded like an umbrella.”.
Pirro’s office submitted the motion to dismiss on Friday, arguing the Department of Interior, led by Secretary Doug Burgum, “provided less than fulsome information at the outset of this case.” ***
“Pirro made a mistake. There was vandalism,” he said. “People get away with things, and it’s a disgrace.”
Pirro was spotted at the White House later Monday.
Trump argues the pool, which sits before the Lincoln Memorial, was vandalized. Hearn was charged with “forcefully and violently pulling up and removing the bottom liner” of the pool with both hands on June 19. He pleaded not guilty and said he left the reflecting pool in the same condition he found it.
Hearn did tug at the sealant at the bottom of the Reflecting Pool and was told to stop by authorities, a July 31 court filing shows, but it then goes on to blame the contractor on the project. The pool’s lining had “[a]lmost immediately” begun peeling after the work was completed after the Virginia-based company got a no-bid contract for the renovations.”

And he used to sing the praises of Jeanine Pirro. Turned on a dime. Looking for scapegoats and distractions from economic mess.
Im not saying the pool was not sabotaged, but it is possible that it really was a rushed and botched job.
If it gets repaired, which I hope it does, hopefully they can do it right.
Trump should know folding. He folded like a cheap suit on Iran.

I visited a UNESCO world heritage site once, and I was warned that taking just one pebble would be a huge mistake. This guy was seen RIPPING out lining from this sacred site. Trump is right, she never should have folded.

If in fact Pirro folded, then call her in for a little private chat. Get her mind right, as the saying goes. That’s Leadership 101.

Cheap suit? More like a commercial laundry.

By doing this, Trump causes himself so much unnecessary trouble. The most serious case was probably attacking Governor Kemp for opening up Georgia before Trump wanted him to. Kemp seems to be able to bear a grudge and lead to losing two Senate seats which led to Republicans losing the majority in the Senate.
Perhaps Judge Pirro understands that no jury or judge in D.C. would convict this pissant.
I still love Judge Pirro and President Trump. God Bless them both.
When will people learn, with Trump loyalty only goes one way.
Trump is the one who lost those Senate seats, not Kemp.
