Most likely the drone was jammed off course, or intercepted and its remains fell there. The single largest death toll in the first Gulf War was the remains of an intercepted Scud falling onto a barracks.

Russia has killed many thousands or Ukrainian citizens, DELIBERATELY, and perhaps thousands ot times the civilian deaths that Ukraine has caused by ACCIDENT. Ukraine DOES NOT target Russian civilians; Russia does target Ukrainian civilians.
