The Fauci Diaries: Biden Saw the Point of Dictatorships During COVID
Townhall.com ^ | 31 July A.D. 2026 | Amy Curtis

The Fauci diaries have been a very revealing insight into how not only Anthony Fauci but the media and Democrats ran the COVID response. This entry, however, may be one of the most revealing ones. Apparently, President Joe Biden spoke with China's President, Xi Jinping, who told the former that a dictatorship was the way to go in terms of COVID response.

Here's some of that passage (emphasis original):

"However, during the discussion the president began to philosophize a little bit about the stress that is on the country. He refers specifically to a conversation he had with Xi Jinping, President of China. Xi told him in a 45-minute conversation that he felt that democracies throughout the world are failing and given the need to have rapid decisions about important items, a form of dictatorship works much more efficiently than democracy," Fauci wrote. "He referred to the dysfunction of the United States Congress as a perfect example of this. President Biden and his discussion with us emphasize the importance of preserving democratic principles but did bemoan the fact that we do really have a dysfunctional situation in this country and trying to get things done in an expeditious manner."

This passage came sometime before October 15, 2021, but likely after Joe Biden announced his OSHA vaccine mandate on September 9, 2021. That formal emergency rule would have required anyone working for a private business with 100 or more employees to either get vaccinated or undergo weekly testing. The formal rule was issued on November 4, 2021, and struck down by the Supreme Court on January 13, 2022. The rule proposed fines of almost $14,000 for every individual violation, which would have bankrupted companies and put millions out of work. So we see why Biden would have been frustrated with our system, which—by the way—worked exactly as the Founders intended it to work.

Always.

There are many who wanted Biden to be a dictator on COVID. They'd have kept us locked down and masked through 2026 if they had their way.

We also have proof that the Bidens may have been bribed by the Chinese, according to Catherine Herridge, so this entire conversation not only makes sense but likely happened.

That weird moment when Biden got a private lecture from Xi of China that democracy is stupid, dictatorship is better, and Biden kind of saw the point. From Fauci diaries.

Why the heck is a POTUS -- any POTUS -- sitting and letting some communist lecture him on the blessings of dictatorships?

That should have been a very brief conversation.

I will be surprised if anything at all happens to him. But in reality he should be executed, or at the very least jailed along with the entire Biden administration, entire msm, all the governors, and the list goes on and on.

I find it difficult to believe that Biden was so lucid.

Gee. Looks like our betters have figured out the playbook for dispensing with that pesky, confining Constitutional Republic that’s been vexing them since Woodrow Wilson was president.

He probably saw the point of concentration camps and gas chambers, too.

“That should have been a very brief conversation.”

I’ve had friends and family with similar dementia problems that Biden demonstrated. They are not fully functioning, independent thinkers. Biden wasn’t capable of doing much more than listening. In my experience, people in his condition will do whatever the last person they spoke to advocated.

The Chinese enlightened dictatorship approach to Covid restrictions was to literally weld the doors shut in apartment buildings to seal entire families into their apartments

With the right influences, his addled mind could hold together for short periods.

You wrote that Fauci should be executed.
Please specify what capital crime he has committed.

Myself, I believe that he caused the killing of millions. But I do not belive that he willed their deaths. (and I know of no evidence that he did)
So the crime is manslaughter by willful negligence. His actions are like those of engineers who knowingly built bridges that could not carry their design loads, and collapsed killing many persons. Their motive was to reduce costs and construction time, not to kill any person.

In like manner Dr Fauci did not wish to kill anyone. He was merely indifferent to the prospect of large numbers of people dying. Instead his actions were inspired by his wish to maintain 1) funding of his dangerous “gain of function research”, and 2) the credibility of himself and his colleages.

I was always against dictatorship due to evil intent of dictator. But now we see a benevolent dictatorship also has a big flaw.

No human knows everything. No human is always right.
We should never leave the 99 vulnerable for the mistakes of the 1% .... regardless of whether the mistake in intentional or unintentional.

In the long run it is better for society if each of us has to make the choice and live with that choice rather than have someone else make the choice for us and we have to live with the choice of others.

Some years ago I visited an elderly couple that were friends with my parents. The wife had dementia or a similar senior memory disease. The couple lived in the memory ward of the assisted living center. When we visited, the afflicted wife seemed completely normal to me for the hour visit. Unless you have prolonged exposer you would never know of the issues.
