Former Biden special counsel Jack Smith could face potential criminal prosecution after Republicans accused the ex-prosecutor of misleading Congress about the scope of his investigation into President Donald Trump.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, issued a criminal referral for Smith Wednesday, arguing newly released records contradict Smith's testimony to his committee that he did not obtain or review lawmakers' text messages during his multiple probes into President Donald Trump.

Let's see if this goes anyway. A federal judge may tell the DOJ "you can't prosecute one of our guys".

Jack Smith needs to learn Chinese or Russian. The only two countries strong enough to resist US law. Otherwise he will be learning jail house slang.

No lawyer for the DOJ will take the case to a trial. They know that the deep state will ruin you, and your family.

The deep state has deep roots and I don’t know if they can be destroyed. It would take more than just 4 years that’s for sure.

Of all the crimes the deep does, the ones that receive the sunlight and possibility of prosecution are only the ones committed against Congress.

Same with the Senate being spied on that came to light a year or so ago. They illegally spied on the president and his cabinet and many American citizens. All that was never prosecuted. But then the Senate found out they were spied on, that was what alarmed them. Boy they tried to turn that into a payday where they got half a million dollars on the taxpayers back for their legal fees.

The bastard should be in prison, but I doubt he’ll do any time. Comey, Brennan, Clinton, Omar, Walz and a bunch of other scum are still flipping the bird at laws that only pertain to us commoners.

Jack Smith goes all the way back to Lois Lerner, maybe farther. He is pure evil.
