Howdy, luvie.
Wow, I hope NOAA has it wrong and that it’s not really 97 degrees there.
I guess it could be. It’s 83 here and we didn’t get quite as hot as you did.

Hiya radu, hope all is well your way

Hot July continues, 103 here today, a little cool down as the week progresses.

How's the healing going? Are the 'lil furbutts taking good care of you?

It was pretty much the same today as the past two days - - hot, muggy, and a stiff warm breeze. The “cold” front can’t push southward due to TS Bertha shoving hot, wet air up from the south. The front is stalled on top of here at the moment.

Had a few folks stop by the tent on the way into or out of the polling place. The last two were a woman and her daughter - - it was the first time the daughter had gotten to vote and she was all smiles.

Howdy, PRO!

UGH! A bit too hot! But it felt at least that hot here with our heat index. Not letting up any time soon that I can see. Typical July for us.
I’d normally be holed up with the AC but having to work the tent at the polling place, I’m stuck outside for several hours each day. Early voting can’t end soon enough, and that’s not until Aug. 1st. *sigh*

The healing continues, slowly but surely. Still a little swelling but there’s a little less each day. At least it doesn’t hurt any more. Just have to be patient while the ankle finishes healing.

The the ‘lil furbutts taking good care of me? hahahahahahahahaha! NOPE! They still expect me to dote on them, as always. LOL
