A banner reading “Destroy Israel” was unfurled during the opening ceremony of Spain’s annual St. Fermin Festival in Pamplona, drawing condemnation from Jewish organizations.
Video circulating on social media showed the banner stretched above the crowd before the traditional chupinazo rocket launch yesterday that marks the start of the weeklong St. Fermin Festival, known for its encierro (running of the bulls through the town square to the bullring). The banner featured the words “Destroy Israel” alongside an image of an Israeli flag crossed out.
The initials “EHKS” appeared at the bottom of the banner, referring to a far-left socialist organization within the Basque Socialist Movement.
The European Jewish Congress condemns the display, writing on X that “such rhetoric promotes hatred, fuels hostility and contributes to an environment in which antisemitism is increasingly normalised.”
Israel’s Foreign Ministry also calls out the display.
“500 years after the Inquisition, calls for the destruction of the Jewish State in the streets of Spain,” it writes on X. “Shame on you.”

Never heard of a St. Vermin festival. Must be a Social DemonRAT thing.
Why is this hatred spreading now? Who is funding this? Why hasn’t it been “shut down” yet?
Georgy Schwartz, for one.
The rest of the "moor slayer" keyword, sorted:
Netanyahu’s reelection chances are historically weak and point toward severe
political deadlock. The primary factors complicating his reelection include:
<><>Lagging Popularity
<><>Opinion polls show a struggle to secure the 61-seat majority needed to form a government.
<><>ex-military chief Gadi Eisenkot’s Yashar party has overtaken or tied with Netanyahu’s Likud.
<><>Declining Trust in Netanyahu
<><>a survey revealed 60% of Israelis do not consider Netanyahu trustworthy.
It looks grim, as analysts suggest that while an outright parliamentary majority remains out of his reach, deep fractures among the opposition parties could still force a prolonged political stalemate.
“”Who is funding this? Why hasn’t it been “shut down” yet?””

All of the Marxists, all of the Globalists and most of the Democrats, I’d say.
Read the Bible. It clearly says what will happen in “the” last days re: the world and Israel.
Only Jesus will be able to save Israel... and He will, indeed.
I’m understanding how the Holocaust happened more and more.
Well, yeah, what else would you expect from a vermin festival.
Way to steal a thread Liz. You antisemitic pos.
I didn’t click on the link. Did any Spanish officials chime in?
You America-hating jerk.
WOULD GUESS SOROS IS FUNDING
The annual Festival of Christian martyr St. Fermin was started in the city of Pamplona in the Navarre region of Spain in 1196, almost a millennium ago. Its a week long festival which includes among other things the running of bulls through the streets of the city.

The notion that such an ancient Christian tradition is associated with the left is risible, but then ignorance and heresy go hand in hand.
Pure evil. Antisemitism is on the rise around the globe.
A twisted mindset made easier for the WEF Globalists to accomplish with so many Western nations now “flooded” with illegal military aged invaders who especially hate Israel and Jews.
It is a “flood” of evil.
The murderous October 7th, 2023 attack was called the “Al-Aqsa Flood” and was approved by Iran on October 3rd. This is the reason for the war with Iran still ongoing today and why there remains the need for it to continue until the enemy is defeated.
This ‘flood’ is the work of Satan:
“And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.” - Revelation 12:15
How about a “Destroy Islam” banner?
The St Fermin festival is more commonly known as 'the running of the bulls'. It occurs in Pamplona every year, starting on July the 7th at seven am (seventh month, seventh day, seventh hour). It is a days-long bacchanal mainly, but some do take the running and the bullfighting seriously. It was really made famous by Ernest Hemingway in his novel The Sun Also Rises.
St. Vermin festival.
