Air Force major arrested in uniform at US Capitol had protested Trump before

ust before climbing steps outside the U.S. Capitol, the Air Force major predicted what his protest would cost him.

“In the grand scheme of things, I’m just a nobody,” he told reporters. “What matters far more than who I am is what I have to say and the price I’m willing to pay to say it.”

He had demonstrated before against President Donald Trump — for 22 days last year as part of a hunger strike, but that was anonymous. Every day, he wore a skintight white mask and a white jumpsuit as he silently sat in a lawn chair next to a sign that read “Impeach. Convict. Remove.”

For this protest, though, the organizer introduced him by name: Maj. Jason Watson. In full uniform, he walked up the stairs Wednesday carrying a sign bearing the same three words. He held it up for three minutes before he was arrested.

Just the kind of illegal, insubordinate, anti-American activities that members of the military are specifically prohibited by the UCMJ from conducting. This guy should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, dishonorably discharged, and deprived of all the extensive benefits he has earned in his 17 years of "service."

Shame on him. he took an oath to be faithful to us citizens and protect us all times. he must have gotten a pretty penny for becoming a backstabbing traitor.

Exactly the kind of treasonous nutjobs Obongo and Biden stuffed into the upper ranks of the military while removing the Patriot warriors. The Democrats are a clear and present danger and should be treated as such.

I used to really know the Army regulations related to this kind of thing and visited the army law library often, and kept careful track of the very latest off limits places, I was also known as a barracks lawyer, which I guess is like a jailhouse lawyer.

Convict and sentence the traitor. He will reconsider and realize what an idiot he is sitting in Levinworth for 10 years or so. TDS has no place in our military.

the Air Force major predicted what his protest would cost him.

Although one of my best friends from 1959 was a top sarge in the AF, and we constantly go back and forth about whether the AF is really military, I say, "What do you expect from an an AF officer.

Pampered bitch boi, and my apology to fighter jocks, the rest are grease monkeys living in luxury compared to any other branch of non-officers.

Dinner plates and silver spoons...do they have valets?

I would have his Commanding Officer standing before the Man in a heartbeat. I would have him demoted for allowing such a dipsh*t to serve and take a billet.

Whatever happened to expressing your opinions in English in the form of a letter to your congressman?

Oh, wait, without the theatrical advantage of a military costume, one cannot use the propaganda method of “appeal to authority,” and must instead use plain reason to persuade, a much more difficult task than just trying to take advantage of people’s trust in authority figures.

**No benes and no pension. Dishonorable discharge.**
He just might be more brave than Gen. Singlaub-remember him? He had 30 years in before he dissed Carter.

**Obviously doesn’t care much about his children.**
The article did mention a divorce. Could be he didn’t want to share his pension. We all know the divorce laws screw over the men.

**How in the world did he ever get promoted to Major?…….geeeezzzz**
Not that hard. You go with the flow and reenforce all the rules all the way up to full bird colonel-he probably had enough of it.

**Whatever happened to expressing your opinions in English in the form of a letter to your congressman?**
Jane Fonda knew it wouldn’t work. This guy will pay a bigger price like all the other useful idiots.

“In the grand scheme of things, I’m just a nobody,” he told reporters.

And yet, he has no trouble getting a gaggle of reporters at his beck and call. Not bad for just a nobody. Somebody had to assign them to cover a nobody and have a reason for doing so. Coverage of nobodies doesn’t sell subscriptions. News agencies don’t work for random nobodies by giving them coverage that doesn’t get lots of clicks or shares.

So, he was wearing a sperm costume that last time? It was that Caspar the Friendly Ghost?

For the military experts out there, two questions:

1. Being a major after 17 years, would he had been a strong candidate for involuntary separation for lack of advancement?

2. If he accepted money for doing this stunt, could he be prevented from using the GoFundMe money raised for his defense at his court martial?

Old time service academy alumni have noticed the flirtation with wokeness in the past several years by all of the schools. For some reason, the USAFA seems to have led the parade, but the others aren’t far behind.
