Cookout at Sister’s house on Sunday. I’m hoping that the weather tomorrow will be nice for a ride on my Harley.

Making ribs for the holiday. Start by braising them in beer in a Dutch oven for hours and then finish with my homemade sauce.

We don’t do the beer and we do ours on the grill. Although, not this year since we are going to a cookout.

I’m with you on being in the heat.
Unfortunately, son and daughter-in-law are expecting us on Saturday evening. Going to be home before the fireworks, though.
