The mother of transgender California track athlete AB Hernandez seems to believe that the winner’s podium at a female track event is no place for females.
In a speech at the San Francisco Pride Summit on Thursday, Nereyda Hernandez took strong exception to the recent California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) decision to give first-place honors to the female athletes who finished behind her son.
Hernandez says the new rule has rendered her son “invisible.”

Looks like the mother needs to be investigated for abusing her child and turning him into a freak. I think she always wanted a daughter, got a son and decided to indoctrinate him into believing he is really a girl
Obviously, she should have entered her child into the “something’s really wrong with this poor thing” category.
Oh, forgot, she’s also in that category.
I seldom hear anyone talk about an easy solution to this business with transgender athletes.
To me, the easy solution would be that everyone needs to compete against others of their biological sex.
Some liberal commentators make it sound like this is some sort of civil rights issue for transgender people. They make it sound like there’s discrimination against transgender athletes.
I think it bears repeating that nobody is being barred from competing in interscholastic sports. If Mr. AB would want to compete on the boys team, he’s free to do so.
Now , what we don’t know is if mister AB is good enough to make the boys team. But the point is, he has every right to compete against other guys and be on the boys team.
Come on. They worked their balls off to win this. Cut them some slack ;)
Her son could do what other trannys do - wear loud, ugly and ill-fitting women’s wear.
Any normal adult would know that her son being treated as though he was ‘invisible’ was but one sign of barely suppressed rage from his teammates and their families.
All the breaks, all the special treatment he got during the awards season, and she’s saying that still wasn’t enough?

Maybe these trannies should only compete against other trannies. Oh, wait that may involve other trannies that share the same gender so that would be so unfair to make him compete against other males.

Most these Trans would reject the choice, because then they would be competing on a more even playing field, in a purely physical sense.
