Big things are happening at the White House right now.
The rumors started earlier today, Trump had either reached a deal with Iran or he has rejected a deal and would increase the bombings.
Secretary Rubio dropped a hint on Saturday that the next step in the Iran war/conflict/whatever would be decided imminently.
And it appears that Trump has gathered his top officials to Washington immediately, reportedly to discuss a draft of a deal proposed by Iran.
JD Vance was rushed to the White House, interrupting his Ohio Memorial Day weekend plans.
Secretary Hegseth and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Raisin' Caine were also reportedly hurried off to the White House.
Here's the latest on the potential deal:

The big picture: Trump said it was a "solid 50/50" as to whether he would be able to make a "good" deal or else "blow them to kingdom come."
The latest: The president is expected to hold a conference call with Gulf leaders later today to discuss the situation with Iran, per two sources with knowledge of the plans.
The leaders of Egypt, Pakistan and Turkey are currently expected to be among the participants.
A senior Israeli official said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his aides are in touch with the White House about the emerging deal.

The big picture: Trump told Axios he'd meet with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner later on Saturday to discuss Iran's latest response. Vice President Vance is also expected to join.

The other side: Iran's foreign ministry spokesperson said Saturday that Iran and the U.S. were in the final stage of discussions on a memorandum of understanding to end the war.
It sounds like a deal is ready, or Iran is going to be blown to "kingdom come."
No in between.

Iran won’t deal. It has to be the annihilation of the IRGC and their proxies. We’ve all known this, but diplomacy had to be exhausted first.
Any solution that leaves part or all of the IRGC in control will be viewed as a loss and a disaster for the US.
There is no way a “deal” can be reached with Iran.
Iran’s DEMANDS include the U.S. leaving the Middle East entirely, peace forever, reparations, etc. etc.
Not any deal other than sucking old Trump into a fool’s surprise..
