US President Donald Trump is intensifying his rhetoric towards Iran and is furious about the proposal it submitted to the US as part of attempts to reach an agreement and end the American war against the Islamic Republic.
“Iran’s proposal is stupid. I didn’t even finish reading it. I had an amazing plan after Iran was defeated. They must understand that they will not have nuclear weapons. They are dangerous," Trump declared during an event at the White House today (Monday).
He emphasized that “the ceasefire is very weak after the piece of garbage they sent us."
Earlier, in an interview with Fox News, Trump stated that it was very possible the United States would resume the operation to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. He said that this time escorting ships would be only a small part of the operation.

The US should publicly leak the landing of 500 troops, somewhere in the vicinity of IRGC formations. All 400 Infantry 100 FACs. Constant air umbrella, there will be plenty of guns and ammo for the civilians after the slaughter of the IRGC.

The proposal is stupid because the Iranians think we are stupid. That’s the best your going to get “negotiating” with them.
Continuing to bargain with those people is stupid. Better: keep the embargo going, keep selective bombing, and bargain with Russia to drop them as an ally. It’s the most we can do without a ground invasion.
I’m guessing a lot of this back-and-forth is a delaying tactic while we re-arm and assemble the kind of forces necessary to finish the job.

I’d be interested to see just how outrageous it is so I can be certain to feel no sympathy at all when they get creamed as I hope they do and deserve.
