Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson warned new rulings have “spawned chaos” in Louisiana after the court agreed on Monday to speed up a previous order that a map drawn by the state was found to be unconstitutional for racial gerrymander and that the Voting Rights Act did not require the state to create an additional majority-minority district.

Jackson, one of the three liberal justices in the court, dissented, writing that “the Court’s decision in these cases has spawned chaos in the State of Louisiana,” and highlighted the timing of elections in the state and that mail-in ballots were sent overseas and to military voters last month.

She’s way beyond liberal.
Shame on the Repukes who confirmed her.
So getting rid of racist congressional districts is “creating chaos.” Got it.
The 3 rat judges stalled the decision as long as possible in an effort to help their party get the house back. They didn’t think Louisiana would have time to do this. These hacks are not judges they are first and political weapons.
It’s the unconstitutionality of the previous districts that caused the chaos.

A Fake judge
I don’t remember a conservative justice throwing a tantrum and making a public statement that liberal rulings “spawned chaos.” This is a tantrum because she isn’t getting her way, pure and simple.
So, Justice Nutball, how long should something illegal be kept in place?
If someone had done something grossly illegal to you, would you want them to be able to keep coming back to you to do it, again and again, before he was forced to stop? Or is it that you like illegal things to be done to you, against your protests?
Is Ketanji a raciss? Could be.
It seems Joe Pedo’s Ketanji is quite a ways in over her head. She’s a real African drama queen.

While I still fear I’m wrong, I sure hope she’s speaking with the knowledge of the coming decision on birthright citizenship. This VRA decision is a speed bump compared to what a proper reading of the 14th amendment would do to reverse decades of lax administration behavior.

Historically SCOTUS justices pretended to be above the fray, they did not comment on the politics of the day and pretended to not care. Of course, they did care about politics, absolutely, but they pretended to be august unbiased arbiters of justice. This pretense that they all just follow the law is necessary for the court to retain public respect and support as they remake society without actually changing the constitution, just declaring it so. They wield ultimate power by seeming to be humble non partisan scholars.
But this dope is too stupid to know that so she's ripping the veil away.
