MOST Scots would vote for independence if a referendum were held tomorrow, a fresh poll carried out in the middle of the Holyrood election campaign has found.
A poll of just over 1000 Scots commissioned by James Kelly of the pro-independence Scot Goes Pop blog found 53% would vote Yes, excluding don't knows.
When don't knows are left in, 50% would vote Yes while 44% would vote to remain in the Union.
The survey was carried out between April 15 and 20 for Scot Goes Pop.
According to Kelly, there have been nine polls this year that suggest Scots would go for independence out of 15 which have asked the question.

I suspect it’s the opposite of what you think. Scotland is infamously much more leftist than England. If it’s not too late due to the Muslim invasion, unshackling England from the Scottish millstone might give the English a fighting chance to get their country back

The leader of the Labour Party in Scotland is a Muslim (Anas Sarwar).
And Glasgow is 8% Muslim.
So it looks like Scotland is no different in that regard.
Scotland won’t live within its means.

If the UK broke up both Scotland and Wales would be economic basket cases. Both nationalist parties are very red, they make Labor and Starmer look like a gang of Adam Smith admirers. English, i.e. England would be in some ways be better off. They wouldn’t have to pay the welfare burden of both places.
If it happens, they will blame it on Trump.
I’m not exactly sure what that is, but it IS entertaining....
