Iran's joint military command said on Saturday that "control of the Strait of Hormuz has returned to its previous state ... under strict management and control of the armed forces." It warned that it would continue to block transit through the strait as long as the U.S. blockade of Iranian ports remained in effect.
President Trump said in a phone interview with CBS News on Friday that Iran has "agreed to everything," and will work with the U.S. to remove its enriched uranium. He said the two sides are meeting this weekend and the U.S. would continue its military blockade of Iranian ports and vessels "until we get it done."
Mr. Trump told CBS News that removing enriched uranium from Iran would not involve U.S. ground troops. When asked who would retrieve it, he would only say "our people." An Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman told state TV the country's enriched uranium isn't going to be transferred anywhere.

Take out the Iranian oil refineries and Iran’s mainland hydrocarbon storage tanks by Ukrainian methods.
Iran would have to buy refined products off Iraq at the going rates.
Take out the electrical substations serving upscale areas.

I’m not aware of any declaration that that has been accomplished.

One of the Iranian factions will figure out how to take control. There are billions to be made, and not all of them want to die.
At the moment, no one knows who is in charge in Iran. The U.S. Millitary and Israeli Intelligence probably know better than the Theocracy and the IRGC.

Every time the political faction makes a diplomatic gain, the IRGC has to undermine it in a show of control.
