If this is indeed the case and Iran is today--Monday, April 6-- droning the American military forces in Kuwait, then Iran is just begging to be completly pulverized tomorrow--Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00 PM.
This most certainly is changing the doctrine of staging logistics. Even with the new Expeditionary Sea Base ships, and the contracted Dutch LST-like ships. Then there are the Amphibious Ready Groups that need protection.
The new class of frigates is going to have another mission to be equipped for.
Hate to say this as an Always Trumper but if President Trump gives them another deadline extension or an ultimatum delay or allows a ceasefire for Iran to regroup, rebuild, plan, receive communist country ally missile and weapon shipments and allow US Dems more days to badmouth Trump====it will be hard to take.

Agree with you...really curious to see what happens. A deadline to begin bombing is against everything Trump...by his own bragging, he never tells what he is going to do, yet he has harped an exact timeline. He may hold to it, but now that the cowards and NGOs are gathering children to surround the power stations and bridges tomorrow at the deadline, he might head fake another delay, say a week, and let the kids go away, and then bomb them on day three - who knows?

I think it will start when Iran isn’t expecting it and has more to do with our military staging than what the IRGC says. The US just finished a major rescue operation they weren’t expecting to have to do and it was successful, but it involved a huge number of our planes, drones and manpower……probably set them back a day on staging. The other issue is the LEAKER. Our military wants to identify that ‘ucker so it doesn’t happen again!
It could have already started for all we know.
