Canadian MPs passed radical Bill C-9 in a 186-137 vote, and conservatives are now calling on Christians to pray and ‘flood senators’ with phone calls and emails opposing the bill.
OTTAWA, Ontario (LifeSiteNews) — The majority of Canadian MPs have voted to pass a Liberal bill that will allow the criminalization of religious expression and belief when quoting parts of the Bible, including about homosexuality and gender.

Just the Bible and not the Korean? I think we need to invade Canada.
Does the Canadian House of Commons (very, very common, obviously) have anything to say about the ‘religion’ of lies, misogyny, rape, dog hate, bacon hate, music hate, art hate, and an unending drive to make everyone else live the same sordid and dull life of the seventh century?
Does that include islam and the hindu stuff ?
That’s going to be an expensive wall that Canada will eventually have to build around Alberta to keep Canadians from escaping to there after AB breaks away or joins the US.
I took a quick Look at the bill. It does not mention the Bible specifically. So the law would apply to the Bible, the Koran, etc.
The law is also rather vague. It makes “wilfully promoting hatred” an offense. Because of the vagueness, you can be sure it will be applied to Bible quotes, but not to Koran quotes.
No question that Democrats in the U.S. are looking at this and salivating
When Democrats retake power and the Overton Window shifts just enough they will go for a Night of the Broken Glass type event against mostly Republican leaning constituencies that will look like(and actually be) targeted persecution of christians.

We need an all-out effort to bring the western and northern provinces into the USA as states.

Maybe not as states but as either independent countries with free trade agreements or as commonwealths like Guam or Puerto Rico. We are dealing with 250 years of political evolution, with the United States breaking away from British norms and structure while Canada retained them.
