COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Surveillance video captured thieves pocketing merchandise inside a Home Depot in California – part of a group investigators say is linked to more than $10 million in stolen merchandise.
That includes arrests made right here metro Atlanta, Channel 2’s Michael Seiden reports.
Investigators say this operation stretched across the country with millions in stolen goods.
The man caught on surveillance stuffed his jacket with electrical breakers, each one worth about $100. During the same visit, he used a long pole to pull down boxes of electrical equipment from high shelves.
When those items are locked up, authorities say he just climbs the racks to get to them.
Investigators say this wasn’t just one brazen theft. They believe this was part of the largest organized retail theft operation targeting Home Depot in the company’s history.
Right now, four suspects are all behind bars in Cobb County after police say they hit more than two dozen stores.

There is a reason why all our costs are so high. Rent, food, electricity, insurance, building supplies, etc. We are paying the costs that the illegal aliens incur by fraud and theft.
We had a Fred Meyers closed in Tacoma because of theft. Thieves have no concept of the 7th Commandment, “thou shalt not steal.” America’s Christian culture is scorned.
Home Depot should employ people in orange vests that go around the store and actually try to help people. Maybe if they did, they would have noticed what was happening.

I’m looking for the names but since there are so many stories of Home Depot, theft, and illegal aliens, I’m having a hard time finding the individuals who were arrested in this particular crime.

I’m convinced we have people in our own government (several in fact) that are being paid to destabilize our country.
For instance, just today Gov Bob Ferguson signed House Bill 2266, which requires cities across Washington to allow homeless shelters with “services” like drug “treatment” in residential zones, overriding local zoning restrictions.
What other reason could there be except to destroy the adhesion of a local community and bring crime and drugs into the neighborhood? Of course, it will also allow fraud for illegal aliens who now have another government “fund” to steal from.

That one is from a theft ring in NY in December. The arrests today are in Cobb Co, Georgia and surrounding areas. It’s amazing how many of these theft rings have been operating—all involving foreign nationals, both legal and illegal.

I was gonna say something similar. It seems like every time I go there and end up needing help, I have to go on an employee hunt.
The Walmart in Dunwoody GA ( Middle class adjacent north of Atlanta) closed solely due to organized shoplifting. The organized were all 5th and 6th generation Americans.
