A Miami judge has released a boy to house arrest who is accused of a brutal, violent gang r—pe of a 12-year-old girl. The victim had rocks stuffed in her mouth to silence her screams during the attack. Suspect Jusiah Jones' mother told the court her son is "very smart intelligent" & should be released.

Depending upon a state’s laws there may be no choice as to what happens to a 12-year-old charged with a serious crime. I have no idea what Florida’s laws have to say about this. Perhaps a Florida lawyer can weigh in and enlighten everyone.

The filters in certain user-comment systems (Disqus, YouTube, etc) will quarantine or shadow-ban your comment if you use certain verboten words.
This is why you often see "unalived" as a euphemism for k*lled.
