🚨 BREAKING: The SUPREME COURT has announced they’ll be stepping in after activist judges BARRED the Trump admin from ending Biden’s Temporary Protected Status for over 350,000 Haitians

Thank GOD!

Temporary means TEMPORARY.

SEND THEM ALL BACK. The nightmare being lived by the people of Springfield and so many other American towns will FINALLY be over.

SCOTUS will be hearing oral arguments in the case in April.

The court will hear oral arguments in April. So, they are not stepping in, but hearing an appeal by DOJ?

I suggested to people claiming to protect their neighbors to put their money where their mouth is. Complete Form I864 and become a Haitian Sponsor.

It did not go over too well

I hate the idea of unilateral Presidential actions that can't be undone by the next President. If Biden did it, Trump should be able to undo it.

You wanna make something last...that's why you pass legislation.

Some of these judges need to be taken to the back of the wood shed. I hope the Supremes figure a way to generalize it rather than hear hundreds of cases.
Thoughts?

"SEND THEM ALL BACK. "

Take all their money instead of unpaid taxes and fraudulent welfare usage, then take them halfway back...

“Immigration: The Supreme Court declined to immediately allow the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status for hundreds of thousands of Haitian and Syrian migrants, saying on Monday it would hold oral arguments next month. The administration has sought to terminate the program, which allows migrants to live and work legally in the United States, as part of its immigration crackdown.”

It’s scary when Roberts seems to come down more for deportations than Trump—who campaigned on them.

Seems that way. And yeah, the USSC should give POTUS/HHS the right. The granting of TPS was discretionary and so should the ability of revocation. Otherwise we get a POTUS doing whatever he wants and judges preventing future PUTUS from undoing it - all without the legislature. NO KINGS!

The Supreme Court is just another political branch at this point. They have temporary status. Nothing could be more clear. There isn’t anything to even discuss.

I didn’t know that SCOTUS was able to simply “step in” if they wl became aware of an issue. I assumed a case was required to go through proper protocol, court filings, etc

The Congress would take care of these types of problems...if we had a functioning Congress.

Unfortunately, the American public keeps voting these cretans in. I wonder what that makes the American public? (Unless the DS has been cheating all along to get controllable scum into the offices.)
